I wanted a good jacket to go to the ski lodges in Japan. Did I mention that it had to be a "GOOD jacket?" This is the place where you find that good jacket. It was a convertible jacket and the sales person knew his inventory. Usually they are pests that try to sell you the most expensive item but not these guys. They ask what you will be using it for and they find the answer. I needed a jacket that can handle minus degrees with wind chill and then converts for a warmer 20s to 30s and they found it. Removable inserts, reversible. Does everything except cooks dinner. Pockets everywhere, overlaps to keep the bone chilling winds out. Waterproofing and rain proof zippers. Price was large but relative to the features and Quality. This was quality stuff. I rarely took it off because it breathed well and didn't weigh like wearing chain mail. No wonder when you watch National Geographic and they are on Everest, they are always wearing North Face gear. There's a reason for that, and...

I had an awesome experience today. I am going snowboarding in three weeks and needed to buy a lot of things and knowing that would be very expensive made me feel a little anxious. I hadn’t been in the snow for more than 15 years so I also felt really lost to what to buy. But with the amazing help from Jake I was able to understand perfectly everything I needed. He helped with everything and was really knowledgeable of all the products. He with a lot of paciente explained all with many details which made really confident to spend almost $500. The snowboarding jacket and pants, beanie, another hoodie to use underneath were on sale which helped me a lot. The quality of the clothes are really high and everything is really pretty. I am 100% satisfied and will shop at the North face ala moana forever....

my shopping experience in this TNF store exceeded any expectation. I came to buy a backpack after looking for one for a while and got the best recommendations and fully professional advice. All workers did their best to make me the most satisfied without "pushing" to buy anything at all.
