Value for Dollar, I say no. I don’t see where this place edges above 2 stars. The staff was nice enough; however, not overly friendly. Coffee (americano) was just okay. Coffee should NEVER be just okay. Had the “special” Eggs Benedict (vegetarian option) pictured below. Now, Eggs (on a bagel) Benedict is a promise when you have it on the menu. And I realize it is not an easy dish to execute well. However, this attempt was a huge letdown. The bagel (singular) was not warm, hot or toasted - it was a half bagel on a plate. The spinach, egg and saucy substance were good. That’s it. Not feeling satisfied and wanting to give them another shot - I ordered Ham & Cheese croissant (x2). The croissant indeed had H&C; however, each breakfast sandwich had two slices of ham. Good thing I ordered two 🤣almost $50 for a mediocre breakfast and coffee later, I say just go to #eggsnthings It’s a Honolulu Staple. This Hawaiian Aroma Caffe is a #hardpass

Trying to a find a good coffee shop on the strip can be tough. Aroma Caffee was definitely the spot and I was so lucky I stayed in the same hotel. Not only do they have great coffee, but their acai bowls and happy hour drink specials between 2-5 PM are a deal. Trying to get over the time difference can be difficult, but I found that the Americanos and Lattes here definitely helped. The berry and original bowls tasted great and packed with plenty of fresh fruit. In the afternoon, I'd recommend trying their Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiian punch or the Guava Sunrise. This was also a great place to do some work as they have plenty of seating. You can also watch the sunset as well as the pool is steps away. Aroma's a cool a cafe with great aesthetics featuring neon signs and plants inside. Definitely recommend this place if you want some strong coffee, acai bowls or fun cocktails in the afternoon.

One of the good things that came out of a bad situation was the Hawaiian Aroma Caffe! My flight back to the mainland kept on getting delayed, 8 or 9 hours later they finally decided to cancel it. So everybody on the flight was shipped off to the Waikiki Beachcomber By Outrigger courtesy of Delta Airlines. Check in took forever, it was the early hours of the morning. Upon checking in, the hotel staff informed us that we'd have breakfast credits over at the Hawaiian Aroma Caffe in the morning. Being a foodie and a foodtographer I was excited to try something new! I was finally able to try a Açaí bowl for the very first time now I'm hooked! It looks as good as it taste. The fruits were very fresh, I was extremely satisfied. I also had the pleasure of trying the iced coffee, it was also very good. I can't wait to visit again! ❤ #hawaiianaromacaffe #Açaíbowl #acaibowl #TTeatz

Update: I did go back since they wanted a chance to make it right. They did do a good job with service recovery. They served us both together (for the only time) and in a timely manner. While they did not deliver a wrong order to my table during the service recovery, they also did nothing to address the fact that when they do deliver a wrong order & leave it at the wrong table, they just move it from the wrong table to the next table. Which a state so obsessed with preventing the spread of COVID, I would think they would need to ensure I didn't do anything to the food that was left with me unattended before giving it to the next person.

So, the food is pretty decent especially since most breakfast places open about 10. I am however pretty disappointed in the service (especially since I've worked in the service industry many years). Since this is pretty much the only open place for breakfast early in the morning, I've unfortunately had to continue to get my breakfast here, unfortunately. Of 3 days, 0 orders were delivered correctly. Every day I (or my friend) was given someone else's order & the server walked away. After they figured out the order was wrong, usually when we said something, they then picked up the wrong food & took it straight to another table. I have a coconut allergy. I asked for no coconut on my acai bowl & it was quite obvious they made it with coconut & tried to scrape the coconut back off. I then picked the remainder of the coconut off since I did not want to wait another 45 min for it to be remade. The next time, I was completely finished with my breakfast & busted my own table before they realized that they never gave my friend his breakfast. They apologized for the wait & brought his food 10 min later. Today was the last straw. I will be cooking myself (at a significant fraction of the cost) from here on out since the wrong order was brought out again & then we were questioned rather defensively about what was wrong. We simply were confused why we were delivered 2 meals to only 1 of us where the croissant was prepared differently than ordered and the side of strawberries were missing. The correct order was brought to us, but the attitude was definitely not apologetic. The wrong order was taken away & delivered directly to a different table while I waited another 20 min for my...

My bf and I came to eat breakfast here since it was included with our hotel stay, Beachcomber. Upon our first visit, we were pleasantly surprised - I'm not sure what I was expecting, I suppose one of those ol', typical-looking hotel breakfast places that had average food and decor (beige), so Hawaiian Aroma Caffe certainly exceeded those expectations. The decor is very, well, Hawaiian with bright colours used in tasteful ways and furniture that was a good mix of industrial (metal) and natural (wood). The wide doors also let in a lot of natural light and fresh air from the pool area. We visited more than once during our stay at the hotel and every time it looked busy-ish, but we never had issues finding a table for 2. The food itself was really good as well, some items more than others (like most places shrug) - the waffles were fancy looking, though without the toppings were just "okay" on their own. (The only teeny downside I can think of is that the air was blasting even when it wasn't a warm day, so it got kind of chilly sometimes without a long sleeved...

It was our last day and we decided to do one last walk around and we just happened upon this amazing cafe. It's located in Beachcomber Waikiki Hotel, it's such a cute spot, you order with a cashier and get a number it has a small dining area that can fill up fast, it was pretty busy when we came but luckily before we ordered we saw a group leaving, you gotta be quick though! It's a bit on the pricier side but it's Honolulu everything is a bit pricey. I got the turkey pesto sandwich it came with a small side mixed salad with cherry tomatoes and croutons, an iced chai latte and a cocktail called "Lost in Waikiki" that had fresh fruit and elder flower and white wine it was pretty delicious, not enough wine in it to get buzzed or anything but definitely enough to wake you up a bit before your flight home! My friend got the breakfast feast which has eggs, toast, a side salad, bacon and sausage, we also got waffles because....well why not!? All in all a wonderful cafe! the staff is super...
