Was on vacation earlier this summer and found myself staring at the awesome jewelry that was on display in the windows at the Honolulu Nightrider store shortly after getting off my flight.. Decided to head on in and was quickly greeted by Kevin. He was very helpful in showing me all the different rings that the company has to offer and we talked at length about the ones I found most appealing. Made an appointment to come back and work with Kevin a couple of days later to finalize my first Nightrider purchase; needed some time for the swelling in my hand to go down after my flight. In those couple of days I stopped into the store multiple times just to see the rings again and had the pleasure of meeting Jescelyn. She too was an outstanding salesperson and really helped me narrow down my decision on the rings I wanted. She even helped me get the proper sizing for all my fingers because by this time I already knew I was never going to be able to stop with just one ring. By the time I left Hawaii, my Nightrider collection had grown to three rings and I am already trying to decide the next one I want. Both Kevin and Jescelyn were very friendly, professional and had a great knowledge of their products. It was a pleasure working...

Probably one of the best experiences I've had on my trip to Waikiki. Ciara (Manager) and Carlo (Operations Manager) was so wonderful with service. They are amazing people. On my first time visiting the store, Ciara made me feel very welcomed and comfortable; Ciara took time to make sure I found the right length and thickness of chain that I wanted. I bought my very first chain from Night Rider, the USA handmade craftmanship and quality is a top notch. Ciara also gave me important tips on taking care of the chain properly, which was super helpful to know. Throughout the whole trip in Hawaii. I wore my NR chain daily and got a ton of complements. So when I visited again, Carlo was very courteous to spend time with me to help me find a beatiful bracelet that fit my style. Carlo was so cool with me trying many different rings, giving me a story for each ring. Super knowledgable guy. On my last day of the trip, Ciara recognized and greeted me by my name and I felt so welcomed. Ciara even remembered my upcoming birthday and gave me a huge discount on my second chain.

NightRider Honolulu store will now be a place I will visit everytime I come back to Hawaii, I can't wait to come back to collect more...

I've heard about this place from my parents who went to the Honolulu store 2 years ago and mentioned how awesome the jewelry was. I finally got a chance to visit the store during my vacation, and was at awe with how amazing the jewelry were. My mom and I were greeted by Alysha, the store manager, who was super helpful throughout my time inside the store looking around. When I finally found something that caught my interest, she was kind enough to let me try it on and even informed me of a bigger size the bracelet came in. After a mini debate with myself, I figure to treat myself an early birthday gift of something so beautifully made. Alysha was super informative regarding the cleaning for the bracelet, if anything happened to it to inform her, and if I ever wanted anything else despite living in the mainland, she'll be more than happy to assist me. She's even gone out of her way recently to message me to ask about the bracelet and even recalled the conversation that she, my mom and myself have had, which is extremely impressive.
