Read moreMy wife and I recently visited the store in Honolulu in early October. We purchased two AiPro battery cases and 10 belink headphones for us and our children. I was told all of the products had lifetime warranties. One of the headphones broke on our flight back to the mainland. I sent an inquiry to their customer service several weeks ago, and i have not received a response. Additionally, I cannot log into their website where I have both of my AI Pro battery cases registered with a lifetime warranty. I can’t reach anyone when calling the store. And this company doesn’t have the iPhone 16 pro max case so getting a free upgrade is impossible since they don’t make a case for the most current iPhone. We were misled into thinking we were getting high-quality electronics with a lifetime replacement and support. So now I have a $200 worthless battery case and a broken $400 set of headsets that lasted two hours on an airplane. Don’t purchase from this company or this store.
Update: Thank you for responding to my review; however, I still have no email response to my inquiry telling me how to get my headphones replaced. And even if I called after hours at your store, why don’t you have an answering service to take messages?

Read moreBe really careful with what you buy. I came in for Apple AirPods and was sold a pair that I was told are new. They were actually used, defective in several ways. I went back to the store asking for a refund and basically got gaslit by the person saying they didn’t see or hear the issue. When I was showing them that noise cancelling doesn’t work, they tapped their ears and said “I can’t hear you because of the noise cancelling”. They refused to acknowledge the issue or help me. They guaranteed they were new and said they didn’t know who “Kevin” was - the name that came up when I paired them.
So I went to Apple. And Apple told me a few important things. These are used They are broken and need repair for several issues Most importantly, this store is not authorized to sell apple products.
They recommended I go back with this confirmation from Apple and ask for a refund.
I went back and finally got a refund.
I had a baby with me this whole time and this whole event took up many hours.
