Hinana Bar — Restaurant in Honolulu

Excellent atmosphere. Went there for the first time with a drink and was told that I couldn't bring any outside drinks and to finish up in the hotel. I did exactly that, came back an hour later to hang with friends and couldn't get any service at all.

The staff at the bar would walk over, look at me, say nothing, then ask everyone else if they needed anything. It took about an hour and a half for them to ask if I wanted anything and by then I was leaving. What's the point of saying I can't bring my own drinks when they won't even provide me the same service as everyone else? 0...

Met the rudest bartender ever. Can't even say the service was bad since we weren't greeted at all. He moved past us greeting other customers who came after us. We tried ordering drinks and let him know we stayed at the hotel, he insisted checking our IDs whereas he didn't even ask to check anything from other customers. He didn't even bother to look at us while taking order or explaining situation to us. We felt discriminated. Love the hotel but pool service here...

Just started my stay at Prince Waikiki and while the hotel is nice the bar and pool is atrocious. I stood at the bar for more than 20 mins while 6 workers completely ignored me until I left. I guess in Hawaii they don’t greet their customers or guests. I just wanted a drink but they were all too busy talking about who knows what. If I could give0 stars I would. Find a different pool to swim at this...
