I just now in this place the lady right in front of me on the line was talking politely with a manager a Brazilian name Renata. I heard A manager wants to charge 20 dollars for a acai wich costs 10 dollars because somehow i dont know but what was so terrible she pushs up a customer out with no reason and humilhate her. The lady politely told her in portuguese. Go ahead i want to pay you the the 20 dollars if is fair and make it right but if is not fair you need to think twice. Renata push her and with no respect she says I will let the owner Andre knows you are not willing to pay and I saw a lady saying she drop every days 5 dollars in tips. Was sad a older lady left crying devastated. What this brazillian Think they are coming to america to open a businnes and miss treat the customer. I got lots a stress because I understood every single word they talking. Im amerian but working in Portugal on American embassy. So the problem.was a manager she seens very mean and stress a Customer jus was nice let tips ans was saying a day before shespends 60 dollars and drop tips. But a manager not happy doesnt want to see this person is like personal issue. She complete sayimg tbis store im the o e who tell the rules im a manager amd im the o e say if i want or not yo serve you but look its injustice i gues she wanta to make a customer lioks bad so she not charge and a customer willing to pay no problem a problem was cause by the manager . A few days prior, my wife was walking by Tropical Tribe, on her way to pick up a cup of coffee. Noticed the massive açaí bowls coming out of the place, so a few days later, she mentioned going there for breakfast which I thought was a great idea because it was on my list of quick eats to check out in Honolulu. We arrived at about 7:15AM with only one person in line in front of us. We had our hearts set on a good old-fashioned açaí bowl so we decided on the tropical bowl. Just before we checked out we noticed a warmer filled with little wonderful pao de queijo’s ready to be eaten. Then we realized that they’re sold their fresh until they sell out. We had no choice, but to buy a few of them, which were amazingly fluffy, warm, and most of all. cheesy. Our bowl was the perfect quick breakfast, and was large enough for the three of us to share. We were so thankful that this açai bowl spot was a short walking distance from our resort. It made the trip even more worth it. As we left, there was a line of 12 people behind us, so if you’re going to visit,...

After much consideration I review my comments from a year ago. many people buy this with the understanding that it's fresh organic but it comes in Frozen so it's not fresh it's Frozen thawed out and then you buy it that's okay but you just have to be smart enough to understand that. also I know someone who is eating there often they gained considerable weight to be honest they started getting fat. They were swearing by it being fresh it was never Frozen exedra not the case it's frozen it's thawed out and you eat it and you run a risk by freezing it again. you also have to look at the calories it's extremely high calorie so if you're someone who counts your calories one large acai bowl it's just about all or at least half your meals for the entire day. so you have to understand what you're eating. the pictures are great I applaud them for that but it's definitely not your solution for daily...

If you're in Honolulu and craving a perfect blend of flavors, this spot is a must-visit! Their açaí bowls are simply incredible, refreshing, rich in flavor, and topped with the freshest ingredients. The bowls strike the perfect balance between sweetness and natural fruit goodness. But the real surprise? The pão de queijo. These warm, cheesy bites are the ultimate comfort food and pair wonderfully with the açaí. The combination of Brazilian🇧🇷 flair and tropical paradise vibes makes this place truly unique. Excellent service, laid-back atmosphere, and food that keeps you coming back! Highly recommend!

We went bought two açaí and the employee friend who take our order were behind us and she walked out with the açaí ahead of our order to begging with. Afterwards my açaí that I paid over $15 dollars for a medium size came mostly with milk powder then açaí. The business are waist a lot granola and honey… i didn’t appreciate them to skip the like for their friends and making my açaí like you can see in the picture. The granola and honey went to the garage because I didn’t asked for honey and the granola was too much. Their friends left with a full açaí but not me.
