I sent this to head office as well to complain. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a joke of a place. I never leave horrible reviews and I give people and companies the benefit of the doubt and I was stunned with the horrible experience I received today. The one taking my order I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she's new. She was asking questions to the supervisor? The supervisor was useless and rude. I asked what was in the chicken wrap as I can't eat spicy and the supervisor came up to the till, looked away and answered. I ordered 4 wraps and my receipt even says classic. Guess what, the wraps came and it was SPICY. I gave it back to the till lady and she brought it to the kitchen and the cooks got upset and they LITERALLY JUST ADDED RANCH SAUCE and gave it back to me. What a pathetic move. The wrap is STILL spicy. Never have I ever experienced someone just getting annoyed with THEIR OWN MISTAKE and instead of making a new one, they continue to use the old one. I was with 7 people and they were all shocked and stunned. Never am I ever coming here again and if corporate genuinely cares, they need to retrain people or hire people who actually want to work, provide customer service and not tarnish their reputation. What a waste of $40. I'm so shocked with the experience we received today. The till lady also got other people's requests wrong and it was disregarded. The onion ring was so dry...
Read moreI have fond memories of JITB from when I lived in Texas years ago. Hawaii having the chain present was a big surprise so I had to go. Breakfast was very good and on point. I don't ever remember having a better fast food experience for breakfast. I would say they even beat IHOP. The issue (as is always) was going back for dinner, thinking the standard would be the same. We visited the same location and I kind of knew right away it wasn't going to be correct. The gentleman seemed overwhelmed, though no one was in the drive-thru. I ordered well in advance over the app and he still didn't seem to have things together. He tried handing me a root beer and I nicely said that I didn't order a root beer. He then proceeded to hand me two bags of food and we drove off to the hotel. I broke my own rule of not leaving the place until I check everything in the bag like a Karen. Got the food back and of course, nothing was right. Sandwiches that were not fresh and those that were supposed to be plain were loaded with stuff. Those that were supposed to have stuff were plain. I spent over a half an hour ordering on the app to make sure they had time to get it right and everything in writing. It was a bad way to end my Hawaii and Jack in the Box experience forever. Fond memories erased. LOL. Coollest thing about the place is the homeless dude shadow-boxing like the...
Read moreJust arrived in Oahu on vacation, tired and hungry. My wife and I had a tasty meal then left. Nothing to write home about but we were satisfied. I remarked to my wife that the young lady who served us, who was now in the back, waved to us goodbye as we were leaving and I thought that was nice and pleasant.
Thing is, I didn't notice that I left my cross body bag which contained our passports and trip money.
Several hours later, I received a call on my cell phone from them saying that they had found my bag and were sorry they had to open it to see if any info was available for them to contact me. I got there within 10 minutes of that call and was able to retrieve my bag, WITH ITS CONTENT INTACT! I was so overwhelmed to have lost my stuff and found it again that I did not get their names (plus I knew they were busy), but I want to thank you girls so much! You made my day, surely my week and perhaps more if I'd lost our passports! Thank you!!! I hope you see this message!
People reading this, don't hesitate to leave a positive comment if you've had a good experience here, I see a lot of complainers, but it doesn't reflect...
