Kozo Sushi Kapahulu — Restaurant in Honolulu

Here's the thing... the food is decent. Your typical fast food of sushi so to speak. However, they have a serious issue with employment turnover. It's like they don't stay long enough to learn the menu. I get that online ordering is new...but and it's a BIG but...when the printer kicks out the order right in front of you, do something with it. I arrived 20 minutes after I placed my order. The confirmation said 15 minutes. I show up and the cashier looks at me like I have an issue. No I have an online order. She grabbed the print out and just looked at me. What am I suppose to do with it? As I sit here waiting for my food, the chef is screaming at the cashier to cancel my order cuz it comes out the side of this....whatever this is. Phone ringing like mad, people piling in and I am hungry.....So am I getting food or not getting food? 35 minutes now. My card had been charged twice and no food. Again, they look at me like I'm the village idiot. Oh the phone ringing, the cashier actually answers the phone and says my name to the person on the other end of the line. Omg. Old school it and pay cash! What a disaster. Still....no food. Two people have come in and ordered after me and walled out with their food...me 40 minutes and I get to see people leave with their food. NEVER AGAIN! There are too many other places to go. I'd risk the HepC not to deal with this again....

Online menu is completely Wrong according to the lady that works there.. phone ordered multiple items totalling $42 went in to pick it up order was completely wrong. Basically the same thing, ahi just different versions Of it . The lady in their argued With me that what I knew to be true about what each menu item included was not true, forced me to accept the things she decided was my order, would renake anything & yet no price adjustment.I am a basic sushi ordered, nothing fancy, no substitutions or customizing, just what's on every logo menu since o can remember... order was completely messed up, I couldn't ever eat it.. never going there again! Would give negative 5 stars if possible, wasted $42 Of my hard earned dollars, could have gotten steak...

This is the first time I've had a bad sushi experience. First of all , I saw the dragon roll I ordered premade it was pulled out of a container that had plastic wrap on it . My spam in my spam sushi was cooked in a microwave making it mushy. When I bit into my dragon roll the rice in the middle was soft asf and the tempura was hard .the spicy ahi was literal paste . Disgusting. Not to mention the cashier kind of sucked dude I asked her for a little cup so I could mix my ginger and soy sauce and she said No! Then she said we charge , I just wanted a little cup geez. I've never had such a bad sushi experience. Pls go...
