Sharetea — Restaurant in Honolulu

My husband and I are regular customers of Sharetea and we have been to multiple locations. Recently, we visited Sharetea in Honolulu and had a very bad experience. The quality of the tea served here is so low with less tea and more water. I had asked for Okinawa milk tea with less ice but I received a milk tea with ice much more than that we have seen in other Sharetea locations and also drink was watered down. When I asked for redoing it, this time although they added less ice, they further watered the drink down which was barely a water with tea flavor. I wanted to substitute instead of sugar to honey for my sweetener but the manager wasn't accommodating. She even ask me if who allow me to do that let her know so she can yell at them. Bad customer service and bad atmosphere. Workers is good for most of them bad the management is horrible. They can adjust almond milk or soy milk to regular milk for people that is lactose but they refuse to adjust sugar to honey. Their drinks wasn't even pre-made. Super disappointing. I ordered Thai Tea but it seems they replaced the Thai tea with green tea. So it was Green tea Thai tea? Anyway, I bought that and it tasted disgusting. It was like a combination of things/ingredients that shouldn't be together. It wasn't right. They should have never replaced the Thai tea with green tea. It's better if they just take it off the menu. I'm sorry but I won't be coming here for a while unless I decide to give them another chance. I hope they take never replace the Thai tea with green...
