Arby's — Restaurant in Hope Mills

I came here April 29th , got in the drive thru 15 MINUTES before close , there was 2 cars in the drive-thru ahead of me. The worker didn't reply to the 1st car so they pulled off. They replied to the 2nd vehicle because it was one of the employees ride (they pulled to the window and conversated for a few minutes. I come to the intercom , ofc no answer, this is after a total of 12 minutes in the drive-thru , after I seen them at the window I pull up (after the car they are talking to pulls away and parks) I honk and no reply or recognition. So I leave and call them and someone answers I say NICELY without and form or attitude or tension "Hi what time do you close?" Employee replies"uhm we close at 11 " I say ok may I speak to the manager I've been in the drivthru for 15 minutes with no recognition when I've asked for someone and came to the window. Employee huffs and says yea ok just wait , then hangs up, I call back and SHOCKER no answer. This is the 2nd time this location has done this to me . They close early and ignore anyone who comes up 15/20 minutes prior to close. Unless you are there for them. I work right by here and leave work at 10:30 and they are on my way home (which is why I tried stopping) . I went to Walter Reed and told a employee how it went to which they reply " you aren't the first to say that,it's a shame" Hopefully they fix it I will never go to Hope Mills...

Normally we don't go to fast food places but it was all we could find that was open that hour so we decided to go to Arby's. I ordered the Ruben Sandwich, Sweet Tea, and Curly Fries. The Ruben was tender and tasted very good. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was however the sweet tea and curly fries were not as tasty. After a few sips to wash down the fries, I threw it away. The fries I did eat because I was starving and we were not going to stop for food again otherwise I would have tossed them as well. They were tasteless despite looking like they had spice on them. It was what I imagine eating curly cardboard would be like. I know a lot of people rave about their curly fries so I imagine we just got some that been sitting around awhile but I will not be ordering them or the sweet tea again. I would stop back to grab another...

I gave its place of firestar the last time where is there but the service in the past week 2 weeks has been extremely bad the food is cold the meat is not warm not lukewarm but cold the buns are cold and almost hard the toppings they put on it is so light you couldn't can't even tell there's any toppings on them the tomatoes were so thin you could read the Bible through it that South in the tomatoes are the girls behind the counter really good but they need to do something about their food their food is getting bad at this location still has taste to it but I don't like cold food needed this is my crew so they refused to go back there anymore and I told her this was a good place but I guess I was made out to be a storyteller I'll try one more time and if it don't get better I won't be going back...
