Keke's Breakfast Cafe — Restaurant in Horizon West

I was waffling between three and four stars, but at the end of the day, the taste of the food is the most important thing, and the food tasted great. Everything was cooked really well, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The server neglected to tell me there was a (pretty significant imo) upcharge for egg whites (heart condition). I looked up the menu later, and this was stated, but in a different part of the menu than the item I ordered. She didn't have to tell me this, but I asked her if it was possible to get egg whites, so I feel like it would have been logical to tell me about the price differencial. She also said I could substitute the cheese my veggie omelette came with for another vegetable, but then I got an upcharge for that vegetable. It was only 50¢, so I wasn't too bothered by it, but still. Anyway, the omelette was cooked really well. The home fries weren't in the style I prefer, but they tasted great, which is what matters. The staff was also super accomodating of our large party and put multiple tables together for us, which I appreciated. I'd recommend this place for a nice family breakfast. There's great natural lighting and a warm atmosphere. Andrea is an absolute gem! Her level of service is impeccable and she is detailed and one step ahead of our request the entire time she assisted us with our food order. I highly recommend her as a server. She goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for providing level 10 service Andrea! You are amazing!

UPDATE: my family and I recently visited after the renovation and I did not realize we had left Andrea a review prior to the update. Needless to say Andrea is still amazing!! We had the pleasure of meeting Nate and he was one of the kindest people we have met. He is genuine, down to earth, attentive and has his role down to a tee. He keep returning to check in on us and paid attention to detail. He brought multiple take out boxes before I even realized we needed them. Next time you are in please ask for Andrea or Nate. First time here and already dislike it. My wife and I had to wait longer for simple breakfast example waffle with eggs and bacon. A turkey panini plain just cheese and a fruit cup. Other people came in after us and got all their breakfast together more complicated and when our server realized she just kept apologizing and when our order finally made it to the table, it arrived one correct and one wrong. My order came in another 18min later and it was on the fly imagine slow. The first panini had lots of cheese, nice organized built turkey panini but the second one they made which was the one I sent to re-do wow cold, no cheese, turkey was cold is like they transfer everything from the other one and just changed the bread slices.
