My husband and I visited this location this evening. We are huge fans of Longhorn. So we knew exactly what we wanted and what to expect. We have never visited this location but since we were in the area we went ahead and stopped by. Wait was an hour long (we didn’t mind). We finally got to our table. They were out of the two things that we wanted (ribeye & spinach; that was fine) Placed an order for a different appetizer and drinks. Drinks were watered down we didn’t complain. Bread comes out (20-30 mins of already sitting at the table) another 30 mins rolls in and our food comes out… my 1 of my kids order came out wrong (no problem asked for it to be corrected) after the situation is handled waitress comes out (yea we’re going to get that fixed for you but I wasn’t told grilled 🤨. You were but again that’s okay; just wanted it corrected. My food comes out… IT IS COLD. I’m like okay, I”be been sitting here patiently waiting haven’t complained and the food is cold. My husbands steak wasn’t made correctly. I asked for it to be fixed.. as requested. What do they do… BRING OUT THE SAME FOOD WE HAD ALREADY TOUCHED! Which is unacceptable! You are supposed to toss any food sent back to the kitchen. Both of our dishes came back warmed up in the same manner that we gave back to them. DISGUSTING, PROVES POOR MANAGEMENT & LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD SAFETY! When I spoke to management, guess what food still came back the same and she obviously was used to it being done. This was possibly the worst experience and horrible decision on coming to this location! They will get you sick! The whole meal should have been comped due to the negligence of this restaurant, there were other tables complaining about the same thing as well tonight and for the waitress to speak for the cook and say “well this is what we do” and each and every one of you who agrees are wrong and need to be retrained. It was a busy night like most restaurants on a Sunday but hey i guess let’s throw away food safety because we’re to busy to think about what’s right from wrong! We won’t be returning. There are other locations that care about their customers. I will be reaching out to the Department of Health as well. If we are coming to spend our hard earned money and time, the least you can provide is food safety! No debate when it comes to...
Read moreNever again! One star is a bit much for this place. First off our party of 7 was seated at 2 different tables. When I asked for the tables to be put together I was told 'I transferred to this location and they are the only ones who do don't allow that.' Ok we moved on. Only for the waitress to get more and more rude by the second. While sitting we noticed the receipt for the previous diners sitting on the table still. Name and info say there for our entire meal. They purposely wrote a big zero for the tip so I see they must have endured nonsense as well. The waitress then told us we had TWO minutes to order our food. This was two in the afternoon so not close to closing time so the timing wasn't as issue. She returned in two minutes with 'so what do you want '. I wanted to leave then but it was my son's 18tb birthday and all he wanted was a steak from this place. He had gone to a longhorn previously and thought it was good. I'm not a steak eater myself so I couldn't relate. The only star I wanted to give was for his food because that was the only thing anyone enjoyed. Lobster and shrimp bisque with no lobster or shrimp. $8 boxed kraft Mac and cheese. Dry salmon. Couldn't even keep water on the table. We did what we could to make sure our son had a good time because that's what it was really about but we will never waste another family gathering or dollar in this place. There are plenty of places around that would be better than here so go to any of them first. I wouldn't subject my dog to this place!
Oh and yes I did speak with the manager to no avail. She told us that we couldn't push the tables together because of their policy so we squeezed together at one table and put the smallest child in a highchair. She returned to tell us that the child can't block the isle even though there was a chair there initially. Seems they were far more concerned with chair placement than service so I didn't call her back over to discuss her terrible wait staff because I really don't like to waste my own time if I can help it. Run and save yourselves the...

Rating: ⭐ (1 star)
Date of Visit: April 6, 2024
My party and I recently visited Long Horn Restaurant for dinner on a Saturday evening, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, our visit was marred by extremely poor service that left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers.
Upon being seated at our table, we were greeted by a server who displayed a shocking lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Not only did she roll her eyes upon approaching our table, but she also neglected to introduce herself, provide menus, or even offer a simple greeting. Instead, she dropped the menus and silverware on our table and walked away without a word.
Throughout the course of our meal, our server remained uncommunicative and indifferent to our needs. Despite our attempts to engage with her and place our orders, she appeared disinterested and provided subpar service. Our appetizers were served late, nearly an hour after ordering, and one of the items was missing entirely. When we brought this to her attention, she responded with excuses rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue.
Furthermore, we were disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment or gratitude from our server when presented with the bill. As frequent patrons of Long Horn Restaurant, we expect to be treated with respect and appreciation, neither of which was extended to us during this visit.
Overall, our experience at Long Horn Restaurant was deeply unsatisfactory. The poor quality of service and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member we encountered reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. As such, I cannot recommend Long Horn Restaurant to others and hope that management takes steps to address these issues promptly.
In conclusion, if you're seeking a dining experience characterized by courtesy, professionalism, and respect for the customer, I suggest...
