Awful service! My children placed an online order. When arriving at the restaurant to pick it up they were informed they were out of the mac & cheese. They subbed fries for the mac & cheese. After arriving back to work to eat their lunch, they were missing the biscuits with their order, orders of fries that were suppose to be subbed for the mac & cheese, & the sandwiches were awful & hard. We tried calling several times & got no answer. After getting off work we return to the restaurant to try to get the situation rectified. The shift manager was very incompetent & didn't know what she was doing. I asked just to get a refund since pretty much the entire order was messed up. I'm told there was no way for them to refund an online order at the store. I told them I understood what they were saying but being that I'm a GM at a restaurant, I understood about online order payments bring processed through a 3rd party service but to satisfy the customer & avoid further complaints & bad reviews it is easier just to go ahead & give refund. They still refused. She even called the store manager whose name is on the door & she just kept saying the same thing. I told them I had stopped myself from leaving a bad review to give them the chance to fix the issue & they refused. So here we are. They need some more customer service...
Read moreI have visited many times without any problems, but today was the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant. When we came in the restaurant we were the only patrons. Every table in the restaurant was filthy, chicken bones on the floor and trash cans over flowing. We placed our order, after having to repeat my order numerous times, because the dark African American approx 6ft4in, mumbled and he had to have me repeat my order several times. After placing our order we chose and cleaned our own table. If I had recognized how filthy the dining room was before I ordered, I would not have placed my order. Read moreI visited this KFC around noon today with Intentions of ordering 2 buckets of chicken for our family reunion. No one was at the front registers. So I walked around to where the workers could see me. No one acknowledged me at all as I stood waiting for a few minutes. I'm pretty sure I don't have the super powers of invisibility. I exited the building and decided maybe the drive through would be a better option. There was one other vehicle in front of me as I waited.... and waited. I wondered what was taking so long so I Rolled down my window and never heard the person make an order. I waited 5 minutes. Apparently, they never got to order anything. So I drove down to Walmart and bought chicken from the deli. Do better KFC!! Ridiculous! I would have expected better on a busy street such as Central Avenue especially for travelers.
