Went here for the 1st time on St. Patrick's day for a birthday toast. I really like the laid back ambiance and our original waitress, Alaysia, was awesome! Crawfish was on point and the chicken tender basket I had was well seasoned. Given it was St. Patty's day they had a special green Rita that they called a Grenade... Definitely wasn't like the ones on bourbon st but it was tasty. We also opted for a bottle of Prosecco. Restrooms were clean which is a plus. DJ was jamming then lost his way in sad ballads. Only true issue was 50-60 minutes after we arrived, our waitress advised she had to move 1 section over to the "night side" per manager's request. It was literally 2 tables away so we asked if she could still take care of us, but she stated the Mgr. won't allow it. Silly right? So we ended up with a chick, who'll remain nameless, that was sweet but very absent minded - super slow to bring our items/drinks & had to be asked several times for service. After waiting the 2nd time for water, straws & 2nd round of drinks, I went to the ladies room and she was inside dancing with a dude by the bar. I understand the song was jamming, but do your job sis. Other than that, I'd definitely visit again.

I don't understand why we had to be checked for weapons before we came in. I thought maybe it was a club because of all the security that was walking around. Everyone seemed friendly and got along. Maybe it was something from the past. We were seated immediately outside on the patio. We finally got the attention of one of the waitresses and ordered two Old Fashioned. We got the drinks and I wanted to tip the bartender they were so good. My chest was hot. It took a while to order food because we couldn't find our server. When we finally did, I ordered the queso with chips and my coworker ordered the shrimp with fries. When the food was brought to the table, we didn't get forks, ketchup, cocktail sauce, napkins, water, or anything. We had to ask for everything individually. She would run past the table so fast we couldn't tell her everything we needed. We never got forks. The atmosphere was pretty decent with plenty of seating inside and out. It started to get live when we left but we were over the service. Other than that, it wasn't too bad.

The waitresses are on point. Very attentive! We came during a drink special and the drinks were pretty good. We like to taste our alcohol and they did not disappoint. Every drink you order, you get a ticket for a free taco. Our waitress was Jayda and she was sweet. We alsat down, 2 minutes later she took our order. 2 minutes later, another waitress came by to see if we needed anything. Their on it. The 4 stars comes from the taco company that was there. No gloves. Touching their phone and grabbing the food with their hands and no sanitizer in sote at their table. No sir! Order your food from the A'dor staff/business, not the taco company.

I only came because they advertised their free 1 pound of crawfish with the purchase of a drink. I came in & sat outside on the patio, then waited 10 minutes without being greeted by a waitress. I had to get up & walk to the bar & ask one of the bartenders for service. She stated that someone would be out there shortly. 10 minutes later a waitress came & I tried to order crawfish & they were out. I tried to order a strawberry Hennessy & they were out of Hennessy too… I just ordered 12 wings + ranch & a cadillac margarita. I later realized that I wanted parmesan wings instead of cajun & told the waitress. She said “The order was already cooked & it’s $18 for each 6 piece wing dinner.” I didn’t know that it was going to be that much for 6 WINGS & they all were fried since the QR code led website doesn’t exactly display a wing price. Nevertheless, she said that she was going to come outside to further discuss since she couldn’t hear me nor understand due to the loud music inside on a Monday. Thereafter, the manage came outside & said “someone requested the manager?” I explained my situation to her & that I basically just wanted the mango habanero wing dinner. My friend ended up taking the other 6 wing dinner since he was hungry. Once the manager left, the waitress said “I’m going to go ahead & close y’all tabs out.” Like how she didn’t know if we wanted anything else? While processing my card, I asked for the ranch I never received - which she never bought out even after the fact. Also, she never provided any napkins for us, nor asked if I was good & needed anything while eating there. My friend said that the shrimp and crawfish pasta taste was mid & only tasted like Tony’s Chachere’s seasoning. My thing is why have an attitude with me if the full order was paid for? She had black weave with a side swoop & wore glasses with black frames. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! If you can’t handle simple customer requests then you don’t need to work in the food industry. At the end of the day, it falls back on the owners. Attitudes need to be checked & left at home, especially if customers are coming to spend money. I’m never coming again & won’t be telling any more of my friends to spend a dime at this place. No need to be a waitress & not have proper customer service. $35 for 6 wings + fries &...

Where do I start? I drove to Houston from Austin. My sister got 2 sections there. We spent well over $1000 in bottles and hookah. Plus the sections. Before I arrived I did my research and it stated I could smoke on the patio area. We got 2 sections in that area just for that reason. When I arrived I felt every security guard was very aggressive for no reason. I pulled out a cigar and by the time I got ready to light it a security guard pushed me in the back and just stood and stared at me. My wife asked me if I knew him. He had no badge, shirt or logo to display that he was security. So I thought he was just a drunk person there. After mingling and talking 5 mins later I lit my cigar finally to then be rushed by two security guards. It was the random guy and another guy with a bullet proof vest. They were trying to drag me out and telling me I need to step outside. It felt like they wanted to fight. It was so aggressive my family felt like they may had to step in to defend me. After talking with them they let me stay. While sitting there I smelled others smoking. I asked the host if they allow smoking and she said yes. I was confused and felt targeted. Before the night was up I witnessed 2 fights (staff or security against customers) and security being overly aggressive for no reason. Then at the end of the night they kicked everyone out aggressively by security forcing you to leave and blowing an annoying whistle over the speaker. This is the worst experience ever. If felt like "give me your money and I'm going to treat you like a criminal). Not to add the sound system outside is garbage. Im a audio engineer of 20 plus years and it was trash! This place wasn't worth the money nor the time. I'm live in Austin (a predominantly white city) and I've gotten treated better there. I thought my own people would treat me fairly and it was horrible. If I had less than one star I would...

My friends and I attended Ador last night and had the most horrible experience. Our male friend had on a sheer top and was denied entry for his own party. As we stood there waiting for someone to bring him a new shirt because all we wanted to do was have a good time. We saw several females allowed entry into the lounge with the same kind of tops or an even more provocative look. After our friend received his shirt, he put on the button down and tied the middle exposing his chest but not showing his nipples. Several Ador bouncers as well as the manager came over and told him he needed to fix his shirt. After we pointed out several females with the same look, then the manager stated, “No man could be in Ador with that type of top on; only a female could”. This is just disgusting on how they acted. I’ve been to Ador plenty of times and have never been harassed like we were last night. After our friend told the staff they could get sued for their actions, they left us alone and stated he could stay this time, but was to never return with that type of shirt on. We were already aware of the dress code and did not violate anything they had online. After stating this, they said the manager didn’t like what he had on. They need to get rid of this homophobic manager ASAP! The waitress we had for the night, was great. I don’t want this review to overshadow...
