Went in here once to eat I attempted to pay with a $50 gift card I had received from the corporate office. I went through the line got my plate and started to checkout. The total was $48 and change kid swiped my card okay sir you owe $52 I was puzzled. I had to explain that made no sense and he argued the machine said I still owed him money. I was asking how the total went up after swiping the card. He looked at me puzzled. I asked for the manger and she came over to help and she watched he renter the order and swipe the card multiple times to the same result. I know owed more money than the total price of my meal. She was puzzled she went to a back computer and tried and tried and the same result. I had been stamp there for a good while now. She returned and asked where I got the card and if I was sure it had funds. I laughed as I said it was from the corporate office. She tried again on another computer. And each time after totaling out the order and entering the payment method my bill went up. A long line was beginning to form behind me and my food was now cold. I told her please cancel my order and make sure my funds were still on my card. The kid whom I started this all with was baffled that I no longer wanted my now cold food. You don’t want it, he asked I said Ive been here 17 minutes it’s cold now, I want out of here. I was as polite as possible and calm. The manger returned from the back and assured me my funds were there. Just five minutes ago she was asking me if it had any fund on it but know she knew it did. I was a bit concerned. Visited this location on 09/10/2024 at 11:50 pm for my lunch break. I’ve tried the link breakfast taco before and it was really good and the price was reasonable due to the size and amount of food you receive. My drive thru cashier “Abigail” was really nice, friendly, and pleasant to interact with. I figured why not try them for lunchtime. I was left at the drive-thru window for almost 8 minutes of waiting time just to place my order. Once I pulled forward, I was helped by cashier “Estefania R.” Who was a completely different experience than the morning shift cashier. She was rude and her body and facial expressions were not good. She asked me to pull forward and said my food was going to take five more minutes and she would bring it out to me. I waited an additional ten minutes for cold food! She brought out a total of three other orders from other parked vehicles that were helped after my order was placed. It’s not nice to wait for everyone else’s food to be prepared before I receive my order. My order was simple and the only hot food item I ordered was French fries. It should not take 30 minutes to order a salad, a drink, and an order of French fries. The fries were sloppily packaged and were spilling out all over the bag and over my other food items. The French fries were also EXTREMELY SALTY and honestly unable to be consumed. I shouldn’t have to also wait for my food while other peoples food is being prepared or being cooked. Terrible experience! Never have I ever had such negative feelings after leaving a restaurant. I decided to give this location a try since it had fairly decent reviews. Never again! I made a phone order (5 burger baskets, 2 single burgers) a little after 4pm on a Saturday. I was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I went to pick up my order 25 minutes later, and it wasn't ready yet. I thought, "It's the weekend and they're busy, no biggie." I decided to wait. Then I spoke to a man who'd been there before me. He'd been waiting for at least 30 minutes for a single order before he received it. I ended up waiting a good 40 minutes before I received my order, minus 3 fries, so I kindly asked for them. I didn't receive my order in full for another 15-20 minutes. The lady working the register asked if I wanted a free cake or drink, I declined, but come on - that wouldn't begin to cover what my family and I had to eat. The burgers were soggy and cold. The burger cartons had started falling apart, and even the bag was ripping open with the moisture. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The staff's incompetence was displayed, at least while I was present. I seriously hope the people working this establishment handle their jobs with more respect in the future. I certainly won't...
