Worst bar I’ve ever been to in my life. Jojo is the worst there and a piece of s* person. Me and my friend went last night to have fun and went through the usual procedures, bag check and id check. Im 20 and my friend is over 21 so I got the X’s on my hand no problem at all. Once we entered the club I had to use the restroom like any normal person who washes their hands after they use the restroom that’s what I did. We went to go sit down and my friend went to buy herself a drink at the bar and I stayed in the booth minding my business. Jojo the fat girl with green or blue hair comes up to me and asks to see my hands. I showed them to her not payong attention that the ink smeared off my hands and faded away just a little bit. The X’s on my hands were still pretty visible under a flashlight but she didn’t care. She begins to tell me that I had to leave because I “purposely” washed the X’s off of my hands. So I begin to tell her yea I went to the bathroom and washed my hands but I did not purposely wash it off. She still says that I had to leave so I ask her okay if I could just get the X’s back on is that okay, she says no. I then asks her if I just pay again I wouldn’t mind because it wasnt a big deal and she says no you have to leave. So I got up and said okay fine im just going to let my friend know at the bar that I have to leave and jojo says “no you have to go now” so I told her okay thats fine I understand but Im still going to let my friend know. So I walk to my friend at the bar and explain to her that I had to leave because the X’s are off my hands blah blah blah. Jojo then starts to shove me towards the door and up until that point I got angry and told her don’t put your hands on me it’s no need for that because Im walking out. She starts to become more aggressive and shoves me to the ground making me scrape my knee and still saying that I needed to leave. Im not sure what her issue was because she seen me come in the door since it was dead in there but she must of took her anger out on me for some odd reason. I had no issue with leaving up until the point when she starts to become violent. I tried talking to the manger of the club and got no response so I am now taking it upon myself to press charges against jojo for assaulting me the way she did. I was a regular customer at that club and now I will never go there again. The employees are violent to the people who walk in there because this wasn’t the first I have heard about them assulting people at this club. PLEASE read this and don’t come to this club unless you want to be assulted here. There needs to be better staff who work here and I am still going to follow through with...

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My friends and I came at opening. It is +18 but if you’re under 21 they will mark both your hands with a permanent marker with an X. So my friends and I finally got in but we went to take a restroom break and we washed our hands not even 5 minutes after coming out the security guard flashed the light in my friend face and said we had to leave because her X is Faded away. We weren’t even there for 20 minutes! He said it was because”his manger seen us on camera trying to take off our X” even though we kept trying to explain that we used the restroom and had to wash our hands so of course it’s fading. So I asked to speak to the manager he rushed us to the front, walked us pass the manager and walked us outside So we couldn’t speak to her, Then had us talking to someone that couldn’t even fix the issue. That man continued to say how strict they are about people under the age of 21, but why not give out wrist band instead of a big marker on your hand that can fade away from three hand washes. They refused to let us speak to the manger. They refused to give us a refund and they refused to let us back in. The lady in the front that everyone is talking about in the reviews IS THE MANAGER .Be careful when you come here because they will find every little Reason to kick you out ESPECIALLY if you’re under 21. Every time I talked about the reviews to them they laughed at me LIKE I WAS CRAZY but those reviews are true! Definitely find another club to go to...

I came with friend from out of town and we ordered drinks from the main bar by the entrance. Out bartender was a Hispanic guy with long hair. We paid separately and tipped heavily as well. We made a second round to the same person. “ are you going to tip me now” was his response before one of us even made an order for a drink. We were appalled and disgusted with that remark because we had tipped well. We are servers and believe in fair tip. It is sad that they have this quick statement to people who they believe didn’t tip. He ignored us and didn’t serve us after that! We talked to the manager who was at the time taking club entrance fees and she said she didn’t have time because it was busy. It is apparent that she knows about what they are doing and didn’t want to give us an explanation. As two member of the food industry we know it’s our job to please our customers and will never dare to ask for a tip before we even do our job. Aside from that I witnessed them not complaining with TABC Policy and not washing nor rinsing they’re shakers after every drink they made. Scooping ice using the actual drink cup as opposed to using a scoop. So for one not complying with TABC and then asking for a tip prior to ordering. Come now…. Do better. Manger needs to step up and regulate...
