Well, my friend flew in from Ohio and she wanted to meet for brunch, so I told her several places I've never been and she wanted to try Chachis next door... well, first, my son and I walked in to make sure they weren't packed, and no one even acknowledged us. I saw my friend pulling up, so I went outside to say hi, then we all walked back in, just 5 of us. We were actually acknowledged and they told us where we can sit. About 5 minutes in, still no menus.. so we had to go get our own menus. 10 minutes in, still no one has come to our table... 20 minutes, we are looking around hoping that would clue one of the servers to come take our drink order... STILL NO ONE EVEN BATTED AN EYE OUR DIRECTION. the place wasn't even packed. They had maybe 5 of their tables occupied. Like how can you just ignore a whole table, not to mention just ours, but the table next to us ALSO had to get their own menus and were ignored. Like bruh, how embarrassing for yall to treat your guests that way. Not a good luck. Anyways, we walked out AND they still didn't try to say anything to us. We went to La Madeline and of course their service was top notch 👌. Take...
Read moreFood is good, drinks are good. Almost nothing bad to say about the place. But, the one thing I do is a deal breaker. If you’re the owner or manager and you’re reading this, please listen to this advice - you never, ever, ever start stacking chairs while your guests are eating. How would you feel if you were someone’s guest and they started cleaning their house and doing dishes while you’re still at the dinner table eating? People work hard and pay their hard earned money to your establishment for a nice meal. When you act this way, you undermine that and act unappreciative of their business. It’s atrocious hospitality and etiquette. By the way, this has happen numerous times, not just once, and no it wasn’t late. Your staff’s desire to get home isn’t more important than your customers. That’s the restaurant business. There are no jobs...

That and the delicious homemade tortillas were the only reasons for the two stars that I gave the food. Service: geez. I asked 2 people 3 times for lemon for my water and it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. We finished eating and had to wait 30 minutes for the check. My husband never got a refill and no one ever talked to us while we ate to ask how things were going ir if we needed anything else. We gave the atmosphere a 3. We sat outside. The lights were on as it was getting dark when we arrived. It was nice. Overall, would I eat there again? No. No,...
