Most of the time service is perfect, but also most of the time I don't make a mistake on my order that results in having to start over. This one one encounter makes me wants to avoid this entire Chipotle just avoid this person, because social anxiety.
This older woman asked what I wanted, I said burrito. Now to be fair, I am known to mumble(plus the mask), so it's entirely possible for her not to have heard me. So she asks me again, what would you like. I again say burrito. And she asks what I want with that. I say pinto beans, white rice, steak. She says something back which I know in my head is her comfirming what I want and I say yes. I am tired. I have been waking at 3am and sleeping late because in doing inventory for a couple days. I'm not at my best So I don't know anything is wrong with my order untill she already placed the black beans on my burrito and is now moving onto the steak. I stop her and I even apologize. I don't think I put any anger or attitude into it, if I did I'm sorry. But to me, the way she reacted to ruined any typed "Just make it through the day" attitude I've been trying to keep. Not a word of what she said was rude, you could tell from her tone and actions that's she was mad. It made me uncomfortable talking to her and I couldn't even look her in the face. Never wanted to leave so badly, my anxiety was rising. The lady behind me even mentioned her anger, was even able to lift her spirits a bit, which I'm happy for. I don't like to think I'm the source of someone misfortune.
Just saying it could have been...

When I was there it was only me and one other lady in line with her son. It looked like they had just gotten done restocking from the lunch rush and were continuing to clean and do so, however, after five minutes of waiting the girl and guy who were on line were extremely rude, and just standing back talking before they finally started taking care of customers. By the time I got going on my order a line had started forming, the gentleman on line was rushing and cutting people off mid sentence. The girl who was cashier was short tempered and rude to the lady and her son who might I add had Down syndrome. The lady in front of me clearly didn’t know that she had to ask for chips and salsa when she was ordering, but how could she have when she was being cut off in the middle of ordering. The cashier proceeded to catch an attitude and say “you had to do that when you were ordering” not just simply politely explaining it, but rolling her eyes while looking at other customers, motioning her hands like hurry up. By the time I paid she asked if that was all I told her yes and proceeded to pay and leave. I get trying to restock and getting over a rush but it was unacceptable by...
Read moreI work in one of the neighboring office buildings and used to frequent this location for lunch at least once per week. The service and quality has diminished significantly in the last couple of years. The biggest issue is online orders. These are ruining the in-person experience. Often there is a line to order in-person. Once you get to the front of the line, an online order for 9 items is started which stops the in-person service. The staff cooking can often not keep up with demand so they usually have to stop all orders needing specific items. The guac often times looks to be from the day or two before. There is usually a line of delivery folks waiting to pick up their orders which delays the payment process. Also, today was the second day in a row in which their payment system was "down" and they could not take any in-person orders. I'm not sure what the resolution is because their size likely would not allow for a separate online order preparation area. However, I would avoid this location during peak...
