Cupcake and a Smile — Restaurant in Houston

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I found cupcake and a smile on google, randomly searching. I needed a quick order for the next day it was my daughter’s birthday. I placed an order at 10pm for pick up the following morning. Let me start off with the EXCELLENT customer service! I had trouble with my GPS and trying to find the shop, the owner was very patient with assisting me to her exact location. The shop was very clean, cute and dainty! I ordered the chocolate with vanilla frosting, wedding cake, red velvet and Oreo! I can’t explain how MOIST these cupcakes were not too sweetness not a lot of frosting which I’m not a fan of anyway! Lol just right!! I can’t even pick which one was my favorite because they were all DELICIOUS. She has a forever customer with me. Will never recommend this bakery.Bottom of cake box was warm when we picked up cake ,as soon as we got home 20 min after pickup the cake cracked in middle.The center was supposed to have straw berry filling as discussed on email order but only had a frosted center.I just served cake for birthday party and the sliced cake fell apart.The dessert plates had crumbled pieces of cake.Sent pictures through email of what I was wanting and this bakery unable to deliver as ordered.Extremely disappointed,no refund could make up for the...

I pass by on my walk everyday for lunch. I promised my granddaughter I would buy her a cupcake. I bought the chocolate cupcakes one with chocolate icing the other with vanilla! I also grabbed a strawberry cupcake. We just ate them after dinner and they were to die for!!! Absolutely moist, delicious and just the right amount of sweet!
