Good Morning, My Experience with the staff on 8/28/18 which it happen in and around 8 a.m. time in the Houston Downtown Tunnel, I been going to Pastablilities since I have been working in Downtown. I asked for a breakfast Burrito w/ bacon, sausage, egg and cheese , which then I went to the cashier and gave her exactly what I just typed up which I understand the store chargers extra!! But when i got back to my desk at my job , i cut into the food and i see that instead of bacon they put in yalls hash browns which they have onion in it and I am Highly allergic , like hospital allergic, so I had to walk 3 blocks back because they didn't get my order right, I advised them what happen and the cashier asked if I wanted my money back and I told her yes and they need to make my burrito as while! well the heavy set lady with the gap between her teeth came over ( which i am not trying to discriminate because i am heavy myself but trying to identify between the two ladies that was working along side the 2 men) she made a rude comment while she was walking off that even made 3 of the customers drop their mouths and look at me (the customer) when I received my right burrito, I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and they refused by saying he or she is not in at the moment and I asked when is he or she coming and they refused to tell me, I used to work as at a restaurant and I know damn while the managers always coming in before the staff because they have to do things with money, account and supplies, so i know that someone was there. if the Manager of this store is reading this, please watch attitudes with employees because she was in the wrong and i was trying to make you and them understand and if i have taken a bite i would be in the hospital right now because your employees did listen to my order that i voice and point to the bacon and sausage and want to also advise you that stuff like this with attitudes between employees and customers slowly comes out and it is the Houston tunnel word gets around and slowly you will see a decline in people coming to your store and you will have to close down because it is the Downtown Tunnel when restaurants come and they go or they can't even open because the rent is too high, even Subways closed down and they were busier then yall are. so since i could not speak to the manager of the store at the time when i requested to, this is the next best way for the manager, owner and employees that work their get my message and you also cannot delete stuff on Yelp or...
Read moreI have to give this business major props. I came in and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, a small salad, and drink $7.50 including tax. Great deal and I would enjoy an awesome meal. Look in my purse and my wallet is missing! I left my wallet at home. Feeling embarrassed I told them to put my meal back as I had no way to pay. The owner waived it off, printed me a receipt, and told me lunch was on him if only I just came back at a later date to pay. I wanted to cry. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I would not have had lunch today if it were not for him. I will be coming back later to pay and give more to this business. Thank you for your kindness.
