What's with the lack of transparency on just a basic office visit? Called in, with all my insurance/info, set an appointment and got transferred to their business office where they let me know it'd be a $35.55 co-pay.
Cool. I come in for my appointment and then they spike it up to $268. Then they look up some notes and acknowledge that the $35.55 co pay was quoted to me. Then they just "idk why that quote was given to you". An ultimatum between either paying the $268 or leaven. 🤡
I paid the $268 and then after a hour of waiting the nice lady at the desk called me up and let me know the doctor would have to reschedule.
