What's with the lack of transparency on just a basic office visit? Called in, with all my insurance/info, set an appointment and got transferred to their business office where they let me know it'd be a $35.55 co-pay.

Cool. I come in for my appointment and then they spike it up to $268. Then they look up some notes and acknowledge that the $35.55 co pay was quoted to me. Then they just "idk why that quote was given to you". An ultimatum between either paying the $268 or leaven. 🤡

I paid the $268 and then after a hour of waiting the nice lady at the desk called me up and let me know the doctor would have to reschedule.

Kelsey runs the clinics like a business and cares more about the money v the patients. The appointments are mostly rushed and the doctors are not allowed to listen to more than 3 concerns per visit. Most doctors are good but they are limited by Kelsey’s guidelines. The system works till you are healthy but once you have one or more lifelong medical conditions, the system does not work. If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. Be warned: Dr. Rebecca Juneau conducted tests without my consent during a routine visit, swabbing my cells and ordering lab work I explicitly declined. I was later hit with an unexpected bill for these unauthorized tests. To make matters worse, the business office has been unresponsive, failing to provide any resolution for months.
