If I can give a no star I would, I never been here before and wasn't a good experience, we went for our daughters 14th birthday, my husband and I order a few drinks and also the pretzel pull apart while the kids where playing some of their games, as we both ate two and my husband was about to eat the third there was a hair in between the bread and cheese so it didn't just fall off of us or person serving it, it was cooked. The bartender right away pulled the food away and said that's disgusting then called over his manager, now here is the point I'm bringing this is supposed to be a all in one place that's why we went, we already spent about $200.00 or more on games and drinks and was going to order food for the kids also, after the hair I didn't want any food to be served to us, I had guess there that had ordered food and was groosed out, so this messed up the whole night we didn't stay too long after, well manager came over and this is the part that up set me the most he want to play like we trying to get over on him or something, he said I looked and didn't really see the hair but I believe you I guess and asked If we like a replacement ummmmmmm hell no you want same hair cooking people to make me more food no thank you, he said he will give us a full refund, we'll we left and spent money somewhere else for us to eat at, few days later we don't see anything on Bank statements that they have given refund anywhere, we called multiple people and now they saying they only refunding the pretzel bites and the drink that was on same ticket!! No it missed the whole night up now we don't live in no small house and far from hurting for money, the point is you should make stuff better before word gets out that you serving hair, I do have a picture and will turn this in to the health department!! I also attached pictures of our home so they can stop profiling us!! Maybe if corporate or owner of store actually contact us I will remove this post! We live in a nice 7 bedroom, we have two cars and great jobs!! So stop acting like we trying to get money off of yall and own up to your mistakes and give us our money back our night out was ruined, it was embarrassing to our guest, kids where disappointed they couldn't eat there, we had to go...

I came in during my 1-hour lunch break at 12:05 PM specifically for the Thursday "all-you-can-eat wings" special. I ordered immediately, and by 12:30 PM, I still hadn’t received my wings.
I flagged down the bartender and explained that I was on a time crunch, asking how many wings came in the first order. She told me 8 wings to start and 6 for refills, which I thought was fine. But as the minutes dragged on, I asked if I could place my refill orders since it was taking so long and I had a limited amount of time.
Then, at 12:45 PM, a manager named Dakota comes over and tells me I can’t order refills until the first order is out. I explained AGAIN that I was already over 40 minutes in and still didn’t have my wings. At this point, my entire lunch break was being wasted. Dakota gave me some half-hearted excuse about my order "almost being ready," to which I responded: I’m not waiting another 40 minutes for my wings, especially after already waiting over 40 minutes for the first order.
By now, I had no choice but to leave and asked for my bill to be canceled, except for the drinks I had received. At least they refunded me for the food, but that’s hardly the point.
As someone who’s worked in restaurants, I get that things take time when they’re made to order. But when you’re running an "all-you-can-eat wings" special, maybe be prepared and have some wings ready rather than leaving your customers starving and pissed off. This was a complete failure of service from start to finish. I...
Read moreWalked in and was met with a smile from Captain Monty. He transfered my power card. I told him I had just come from training at a new Dave and Busters and he informed me to check out the new omni imersive game they had. When he gave me my card, I walked in past the stairs to a cute little bar in the middle of the midway. It was smaller than I thought it would be. This location does offer bowling upstairs as well. My husband headed over to the bar while I went to play some games. I didn't see any games tagged out of order. My husband ordered an old fashion from the bartender, Fernando. He says it was delicious and ordered another before we left. I got to try the omni imersive game and it was $15 per person. I played the gun slingers game and I was tired out after playing. Well worth the money. It was a lot of fun. Also, you can play with your glasses on. My glasses fit comfortably into the headset. The gametech (who's name I forgot to ask for) was a very nice lady who helped me out. She quickly responded to me pressing the button for assistance and explained what I needed to do to play the game. After the game was over I went back over to the bar to pay out my husband's tab. I asked Alvarado for the tab, and he and Fernando brought it over for me to pay out. They both speak Spanish so I was able to practice my Spanish with them and told them I just came from training at another location. They were super nice and smiling throughout our whole conversation. Great experience. Courteous staff. Lots of entertainment in one place for everyone. Thank you guys for...
