Placed a carryout order on 12/2 at 7pm, paid online and have the receipt with confirmation of my order for a total of $20.43 went into the store to pick up my order and walked in and was handed my pizza and was sent on my way. Nothing abnormal, didn't have to sign anything because everything had been handled online, I didn't leave a tip for a carryout order, never have. Two days later when the Domino's location closed my order out and finalized it I was charged $30.43. I called the Domino's location to figure out where the additional $10 tip came from and they said I left a $10 tip, I told the lady I was speaking with Shickana that I did not leave a tip and have the online receipt to prove it, and that I didn't sign anything when I came into pick up my order. She proceeded to argue me down and tell me I did leave the tip even though she said she wasn't at work friday night. I asked her if she could show me their receipt on their end to prove this, she said no but you left the tip. I told her to think about it my order was $20.43 why would I leave a 50% tip for a fast food pizza that I had to come and pick up.. She said well because this location is in a higher end area its not unusual for people to leave a 50% tip on their order. Again on a fast food pizza we are talking about... I asked her again to show me the receipt on their end, again she told me no and that there's nothing she can do about it and that it has "already happened." It's not necessarily about the money it's more about the Domino's location thinking they can do this to customers and that they won't notice and if they do notice they won't do anthing about it. Read moreI would have given no stars if it would have let me. I ordered 20 pizzas for my associates that were working Valentines Day and was wanting to pick it up. I ordered the day before on the 13th so it wasn’t like I ordered the day of. They had plenty of notice. When I arrive to pick up I am told it would be 45 minutes to an hour for my pizzas to be ready. I ask if they have even started on them and I am told “no” with no apologies or anything. I ask them to refund my money since I don’t have time to wait around and I was doubtful they could get 20 pizzas ready in an hour. The young lady working there whom I assume was the manager walks over and mumbles well that works for her. Basically she didn’t care. Another customer who was there before me got the same attitude from her. The other guy working tried to say they were busy and that’s why our orders were not ready. They had 2 pizzas on the counter packaged up so I doubt they were busy. Plus on line it said wait time to get a pizza was 22 minutes. This was the worst service and attitude I have ever had from a Dominos location plus it’s a Corporate Store! Read moreI first was having issues with this store not being able to process my payment method online. I did confirm with my card issuer that the problem was on Dominos side. So now i called my order into the store directly. I gave my items desired and was asked if that was all I wanted i responded yes, and then was asked for my payment method, so i gave it to him and he processed my payment. I started to tell him what the driver would have to do to gain access to my complex, when he stated that it was to late that the order was placed. He added that's why he asked me if my order is done. Not once did he ask or indicate that these instructions would be needed prior to payment. Anyway, He then told me that i could give special directions but he would have to create another delivery to the same address and that he'd charge me another delivery fee. I stated that i could cancel my order completely and he told me that you sure can.
