After I ordered the pizza, I read the reviews, but it was already too late because I had already placed my order. I literally prayed that none of the issues described in the reviews would happen to me, but unfortunately, they did.
I ordered the pizza at 10:15 PM, and by 12:00 AM, it never arrived. I kept calling the store, but no one answered the phone. I didn’t understand— I live only 24 minutes away on foot, so I couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long or why no one was answering the phone, at least to cancel my order or give me my money back.
The pizza cost $17, the delivery fee was $6, plus the $6 I left as a tip, all for terrible service. This kind of situation happens repeatedly, as many customers complain about similar experiences. I don’t understand how these companies hire employees who harm their own business, because it’s clear that the store manager or the person in charge of customer service and quality doesn’t care at all about the negative experience they are leaving for customers.
There will always be an unsatisfied customer, but with all these reviews—and now my own experience—I can confirm that they are 100% true, and I do not recommend this place.
First, customer service is terrible. Second, no one answers the phone, so you will be scammed, and nothing will happen. In this case, I will contact my bank tomorrow to file a dispute because this is theft and fraud by this Domino’s store. I spent an hour trying to get in touch with the store to get a refund, but no one answered.
Honestly, if you are reading this, avoid ordering pizza from here if you don’t want to be robbed and scammed. This is my most...
Read moreThe pizza is delicious I especially like their new Brooklyn style pizza crust however the customer service and delivery are terrible!!!!!!!!
I don’t understand how Domino’s Pizza accepts to deliver the pizza in this condition to the customers, this is not rocket science, how hard can this be to just be careful when handling the pizza box? I mean this either fell in the driver’s car and stayed vertical the entire way to our place or was shaken constantly for some reason.
As soon as we opened the pizza box and saw this we ran after the driver to address this but he was gone, called Domino’s location and never got an answer for 10 minutes, we ended up driving to the store to show them what we got and that was even a worst experience, no acknowledgement from our entrance to the store stood there for a few minutes till the person turned around without even asking if we need help! We showed him the pizza and told him this is how it was delivered he eyed us from top to bottom and had this blank expression on his face like so what ? What is the problem? At that point we asked for a refund and he happily did so without an apology without offering a replacement and without smiling or giving good customer service at any point during our interaction.
There are SO MANY pizza stores to buy from and if this is how you treat your clients and expect them to eat this pizza after being dropped or damaged or god knows what then you will not continue to have business! It’s 2020 and reviews, social media and word of mouth can close you down.
Btw this is an X-large Brooklyn...
Read moreI ordered through the app last week for contactless pick up. When I arrived I marked I had arrived, and a lady came out with her mask on incorrectly. She rolled her eyes and fixed it. Unfortunately it was not my order which I told her, and she said “then why did I come out here?” The order belonged to the car next to me. She walked back inside, and I noticed that none of the employees were wearing their mask. All had it below their mouth including the people making the pizza. I called and said I was grossed out and wanted to go ahead and cancel my order. I was transferred to the manager Sharon. I explained I wanted to cancel and that it was disgusting and against the company policy to not be wearing a mask to make the pizza especially during a pandemic. She said that their company policy was that they actually didn’t need to wear a mask unless there were people in the store. I cancelled my order and called the corporate office and spoke with them and they were shocked because they absolutely have to wear masks no matter if someone is in the store. They were shocked when I told them the pizza was being made by the manager and she flat out lied to me. I will never order from them again but will enjoy the free pizza I received as an apology at another location. Still in shock at how I was treated by the manager Sharon and that she flat...
