Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered a $20 deal to be picked up. 2 pizza , cinnamon twist with 2 icings not just 1, and drink and bread bites. Picked it up the guy said good day here ya go. Got home and no icings at all. And i called and the guy said that my order was a pickup and i should've checked it b4 i go. Kinda shoksho, i thought to myself, no i shouldn't have to but you're guy should've checked it. so after kinda blaming me saying it's my fault basically he said if someone coming in my area he'd have a driver drop one off in my area.

Update: i was located half a mile from store by target. a driver dropped off 2 icings but i had to walk out of the complex and meet him. So i added a star

Update: So i called the store afterwards and talked to the manager of the store to tell him i appreciated someone coming to drop off icings. I didn't talk angry but i let him know when I talked to guy over the phone earlier they said something in a way that could be kinda offensive or wrong according to customer service cuz when i called and told the man on the phone "you guys forgot to give me icings" ... his response was "you should check it before you leave" ... i get that point but technically "you should check it before you give it to me" ... the owner was very happy i was cordially talking to him in a mild manner and he appreciated my patience and he offered me free dessert and pizza my next time i call cuz my dessert and pizza probably were not fresh hot by the time we ate it and the inconvenience.. the management is new and trying to bring the service of this store way up! i'm changing my review up to 4. I'd do 5 but i still had issue and gotta remove a star tho it was resolved amicably. thanks domino's keep this manager...

We decided on dominos this evening because we revived a coupon in the mail. We are frequent customers and have had customer service issues in most of our encounters. Due to the convince of this location and the coupon we decided to give it one more shot. I placed my order, a large three topping pizza and garlic bread twist. The tracker said our order was ready at 9:12 we arrived at 9:20 intentionally because if prior experience had taught us anything, it was that this store is not timely. Upon arrival it took several minutes to be greeted, the cashier excepted the payment and took several more minutes to check on our order. Mind you, at this point, the tracker said our order was ready for over 20 minutes. She returned with news she needed 10-15 more minutes for our order, at which time was paid for and long past “ready.” I vocalized my irritation and was responded too by an employee that had zero discretion towards the paying customer. He then threatened to call the police because I was “angry and big and swole” I’m sure my race had nothing to do with the situation. At this point I began live streaming the incident for my own protection. The line grew extremely long over the 30 minute escapade. Two employees chose to pull their phones out to record me, instead of helping the other paying customers. This was followed by frustration vocalized by another customer who had been there equally as long. At this point we decided no amount of money, already spent, was worth this hassle. One star is even too much for this store. First time I ordered online and waited for two hours and my pizza was still not arrived. I called and was told my pizza was ready long time ago but it had no deliver guy aviliable "if you still want your pizza, you feel free to come to pick by yourself". U kidding me!! My pizza was in the counter for two hours and I paid delivery charges n you asked me to pick up!!!!! I asked for refund and was told told I had to wait store manager to do it next day morning. 2nd time order, I ordered beef, chicken n mushroom. I got Oliver, beef and green pepper. I saw the cashier opened the box checked for me on the way out, so I did not double check it. Today will be the last time ever I order from this location. I was put on the hold for over 15 minutes and no one picked the phone. I called when I left home and did not hang up until I arrived. There was no one wait in the line and guess who had been taking orders and answered the call phones? Those pizza makers. I saw them touched key board, phones and gave changes then walked back to prepare the pizza without washing their hands. OMG. As I am waiting for my pizza, I start reading others reviews and found I wasn't alone. How many reviews will take health department to come to inspect and how many bad reviews will make store manager wake up and make improvements and how many bad reviews will take it's corporate office to take its...
