My Dominos, today, was VERY RUDE. I placed the order at 7:08p.m and called to get a status at 8:35 p.m. The phone rang more thann 10 times the first time. So I hung up and waited a few minutes and called again. The phone rang more than 5 times when a lady answered. I was very nice to her and told her that I was called to check the status of my order. She asked for my address and I gave it to her. She then said to me that my order hasn't gone out the door yet. I was going to suggest that I'd come pick it up, but she kept talking saying, I told you we would let you know. SERIOUSLY? I had not even spoken to them before so I was confused and then got angry at her attitude. So I again expressed, with attitude, that I was just calling to get the status. She said yes ma'm and hung up. As much as I've used this Dominoes in the past, I should never have been treated with a strong arm or stressed out employee. The weather today was bad so I was assuming they were slower, but never did I expect to get attitude. Sooo, I will now become a Pizza Hut fan. My son uses Dominos weekly at college but I'm instructing him to call Pizza Hut. Bad customer service is NEVER allowed when I'm giving you my hard earned money. This is the 2nd time I've been treated ugly by Dominoes so I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time....
Read moreI ordered a large online 3 topping pizza. I arrived and I had to request a receipt from the Hispanic male. I then ask for parmesan cheese and red peppers; he told me $1.60. I went to the car and I came back with S2.00. He then told me that it was $1.60 each. I go back to the car and retrieve the additional monies. Again I had to ask for a receipt, which reflects a reprint without his name except a C. He rushed to say thank you while I was asking him for a bag for the condiments. The pizza tastes dry, no tomatoes sauce and not enough cheese......dry and more dry just like the customer service except his demeanor was rigid, hurried, cold and careless. I was the only walk in customer at the time. Neither he nor the other young lady was wearing mask on their faces nor gloves. I have had the most pleasurable experience at the Pearland and Sugarland stores.. Who manages the people? Isn't customer service and experience foremost. Just because you are in a predominantly black neighborhood does not give you the right to treat us subservient and steal our money with poor product. Hire people who want to work and not people who are collecting a check. I'm a professional and I'm I'm management; this employee would immediately be placed on a coaching plan. Utterly...

I received a pizza that look like it had been eaten off of and I wish that I could post a picture I called and got left on hold for 10 minutes I had to continuously keep calling just for one of the workers to tell me that the manager said nobody ate a slice of my pizza so finally when I got to speak with the manager I sent him a picture of the pizza that I received and they said they were going to make me another one I called again because it had almost been an hour later since the phone conversation to see when the pizza will be delivered because I hadn’t ate anything, they said that the driver is on the way I get the pizza and it’s cold, the box cold, and it looks as if they just left it sitting there before delivering it. I handed the delivery driver the other box of pizza told him it felt cold, opened the box and touched the pizza. I could look at it and see it wasn’t even warm, I told him it was cold but I took it because their service is just ghetto and horrible already and I was tired of dealing with them. They’re obviously just not or can’t do right by their customers. They don’t care about the customers here. Don’t order from here worst...
