Donut Palace — Restaurant in Houston

I Came in and ordered 3 dozen glaze. They say it'll be a few minutes because they don't have enough ready. That's fine with me it's a big order and I didn't call ahead. So Ive waited about 8 minutes when someone else comes in and asks for half a dozen donuts. The guy running the place says sorry we don't have any to which the customer says seriously you don't have any glaze. He then looks at me and then at the customer and tells me I only get 2 dozen and the other guy will get his 6. So I've waited 10 minutes now and I'm not even going to get my order because they weren't smart enough to cook more than the exact 3 dozen I ordered. They then try and sell me other donuts to make up for the extra donuts I lost due to their ignorance. Of course I don't have time to go somewhere else now so I have to get them. They give me 6 glazed and 6 old nasty looking donuts that I don't even know where they came from and charge me full price for specialty donuts. In addition, during my over 15 minute wait, 3 times a customer asked for something and they didn't have it. No sorry ever. No apology. Just incredibly rude and ignorant.

I buy 6 dozen glazed donuts a week and I will be finding somewhere else to get...

D p. Love. They to me have different selection than any other donut place. Highly recommend. Customer service excellent. So funny. There are 2 refrigerators. One on each wall. When hubby goes in he sees the big one. On his way out he wished he'd seen the little one. When I go in I see the one near the door. I didn't realize there was another refrigerator. You know. Choice. I cannot name a favorite bc there are many selections try. Everything we've gotten, we like. Again worth repeating: customer service excellent....

I love this place. Went the first time a few weeks ago. The donuts and pastries were delicious. The little lady who served me was precious. I have been back several times. Everything I have purchased is delicious. I even took 3 dozen mixed to some friends. They loved them. Next time I go I want to get some of beautiful breakfast sandwiches. They look very yummy but I am addicted to the donuts and pastries. I will go back at least once or...
