Whataburger — Restaurant in Houston

The food here is so good. Everything is always freshly made. The employees are always friendly, quick and efficient. The inside is always clean and air conditioned. Great place to stop for a quick meal.

Update Changed my 5 star rating to a three due to poor customer service. They had a deal where you can get free kids meals on Tuesdays. I asked if it was only one per order or of you can get one per adult meal? They informed me that I could get two meals. I went on and ordered our food. I was under the impression that the cashier understood I wanted two kids meals. Let me also add that my boyfriend nor I could barely hear him the entire time he was interacting with us. Upon completing the order and paying, I noticed that he only handed us one child's cup. I asked where the other one was. He said that he only put in an order for one kids meal. I reminded him that I had wanted two. He then said there was nothing that he can do. I asked him if he can add it on and he very rudely said no, he can't. He was not apologetic and even acted like he was annoyed. We thought that maybe if we asked someone else and explained the situation, they could possibly correct the order. The next person said there was nothing that they could do, even though, my boyfriend explained that we had ordered two and that he misunderstood us or made a mistake. We then ordered another one and just paid for it. We couldn't leave without a meal for one of the kids. It's not a such a big deal about the free meal, but moreso about the lack of customer service and the attitude of the employees. They did not want to take accountability for making a mistake on the order and we're not apologetic at...

Avoid this freaking Whataburger! Especially their curbside. My husband waited in the car for like 10 minutes, and ended up having to go inside. And the entire order was incorrect! I worked at Whataburger for two years when I was a teenager, and we actually cared enough about our customers to make sure their meal was correct and fresh. In the last year, anytime I have gone the fries haven’t been fresh. What is going on?! As busy as they are, how are the fries always stale? As long as my husband waited he could’ve gone to the Whataburger in Porter and came back home. From now on I am avoiding this Whataburger like the plague, and you should too. I never post angry reviews, but enough is enough with this Whataburger, get it together! Husband and I will be going to the Porter location from now on, that one is better anyway. If you’re going to spend a lot of money, and we know how pricey fast food is now, it should be fresh and correct! Please don’t go here!

Edit: Based on the similar reviews of the Porter location, I think my family and I will just be avoiding all Whataburger locations. We will be going to Hippo Burger, or hell even Culver’s or Sonic. Sucks Whataburger has gone so far downhill, it used to be a...

My younger brother is not allowed to have many foods. He has always wanted a meatless WHATABURGER per his dietary restrictions. One day my brother asked if he could have a whataburger but with hash browns instead of meat. I decided to go into the restaurant and speak with the manager. Mind you, I had attempted this request, in the past, with other Whataburger locations for my brother but, sadly, was told they could not do that. This time, I decided to try again meeting Alex, the manager. This leader was more than willing even though it would take a few extra steps for his whataburger crew. Alex’s team and he decided to do it. My little brother was so happy and I shed a tear as I saw his small hands hold the burger as he ate. After that, I returned and Alex remembered me. He asked if we wanted to same and I gleefully said yes. I have returned 3 times since that first day for our special order.
