I understand that the wifi was not working and the credit card reader was working slowly for everyone not using cash which was almost everyone in line apparently. The part that really stinks is we were in the drive thru line by 10:20, while breakfast was still being served. However by the time I was able to inch my way up to the place where you order, it was 10:35 and they were out of biscuits. What really stinks is I was in a slower line than the other lane. I was listening to cars pull in after me and order biscuits because they reached the microphone before me. Needless to say, I know what Michael Douglas character was feeling in the movie Falling Down. I didn't want lunch at 10:35. Then I sat another 10 minutes in line trapped because I couldn't back out. So I sat in line for 30 minutes to not get what I came for. I believe this could have been avoided. They should have sent an attendant outside or put a sign out in the lanes before you get trapped in line. They could have directed people with credit cards to park and go inside or have the option to go somewhere else. I also think there should be limits on how much can be ordered in a drive thru. It's not fair if a person just wants to order a drink to get stuck behind someone ordering for the entire soccer team. Nor is it fair for people who go through a drive thru who have a million questions and are undecided on what they want to order. Like go inside to ponder. It's so irritating to see a line move so fast while you sit in the slow lane and those coming after you get to order the remainder of the breakfast because everyone in your lane acts like it's supposed to be a 5 star dining experience in the drive thru. Is this gluten free? What are the calories in the condiments? Blah blah. I wish the Northpark location would get their drive thru act together like the location in the back. This location is also not good at resolving issues when they leave items out of your order. They say they will reimburse your points in the rewards but they don't. They also try to gas light you into believing they didn't half the brownie size from what...
Read moreI come to this Chick-fil-a often and yesterday was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from any Chick-fil-a location. The management should honestly be embarrassed to have the young lady with glasses and blonde hair on their team, that was working the drive thru window around 10:35 AM (3/29). After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes with a total of 4 cars in the drive thru (2 in front of me and 1 behind me) I was already wondering what was going on because I have never waited in line that long there before, even when the drive thru is packed... She was extremely rude, tried to charge me for someone else's order, thank God I asked what she was trying to charge me for since she didn't repeat my order at the window.... when I got to the window it was "$10.70" NOT the usual repeats order then asks for card to charge so I know what I'm getting charged for, just straight attitude and straight to the money aspect... then she gave me sweet tea and I ordered unsweet, when I told her it was wrong, she took it back with no apology and when she handed me the new drink and the correct order, I said "thank you" and she didn't even respond!! Not one "you're welcome" "sorry about that" or "my pleasure" NOTHING, just an eye roll... I never write reviews and Chick-fil-a is the last place I would think I needed to review. Honestly I will be considering McDonald's next door if the Chick-fil-a is going to keep that kind of service up! And I didn't even mention how I came back later in the afternoon and once again, rudest service over the speaker then too. I choose this out of all fast food places because they are normally nice, clean, fast, and I know how many calories I'm intaking. I would sacrifice all of that just so my day isn't dampered with a nasty attitude from someone who is supposed to provide exquisite customer service and carry out the great service that Chick-fil-a is known for. I'm in the hospitality industry and that experience was the textbook version of WHAT NOT TO DO when working in the...
Read moreThis location in kingwood has horrible customer service. I live 2min away from it and I honestly drive to another location to avoid them. Last month I here to get a meal and a milkshake for me, I asked for whipped cream on the side and they refused to give it to me on the side, I offered to pay for it and they said "its policy to only be placed inside the milkshake". I went there today hoping there was different staff and they were so rude I asked for my meal to come with Buffalo, chikfila and ranch as condiments and the lady was so rude and wanted to charge me for the ranch. She kept telling me "its policy to charge after 3 condiments" I asked for a manager incharge and she said that was her as she continued to scream infront of the other workers. She turned around and told the lady next to her "well too bad if she doesn't want it". I asked for a number to call to give feedback and she said that there wasn't a specific number. I then continued to ask who I could talk to she said there was no one else. I took a picture of the window that had chikfilas contact information. She then left and brought someone else to talk to me she then gave me a card to talk to "Samantha cross". I work close by and I have heard multiple coworkers say they have had bad experiences at this location. Hopefully they get properly trained. They are so rude and shouldn't be talking over costumers or yelling to a costumer infront of their coworkers. The managers name is "yoahna delacruz" shes the one that was talking over and being rude and made a comment loud enough that everyone including me...
