Soory for the long review in advance. I haven't been to Five Guys for a while, and I won't return. When i walked in i wasn't greeted by anyone and was ignored by the manager (i believe since he was wearing a different shirt than everyone else) when i was ready to order since he was working the register. For the price you pay (almost $25) and for what you get, the value is completely upside down. Let's begin with the burger I ordered. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, I didn't realize I was getting a kids sized burger for $13. As far as the burger itself goes, it was overcooked and dry as hell. I take it that's because the patties are small and thin. As for the $6 fries, they were good. They even cooked them longer so they'd be on the crispy side instead of soggy. Needless to say I didn't finish the burger since it was dry nor did I finish the fries since there are a lot. I went to the counter to ask for a mother bag since the grease from the fries soaked the bag. I walked up when there wasn't anyone up there and waited to be acknowledged so I can ask for bag, a few other people walked up and they were immediately attended to and I had to wave someone down to ask for a bag. The burgers are tasteless, even with all of the toppings. I have made better at home and will definitely opt for my home burger over ever stepping in a Five Guys again. It's the best thing I can do for me and them.
The fries were better but by the time they got my burger right, those were cooler and not as pleasing. I will note they did offer to give me new fries but after having to wait to have my burger redone TWICE, I was not going to dare test my luck on waving to wait for fries.

Called the restaurant to ask for a refund for what we did not receive. I WAS HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES and was actually TOLD THAT THEY (including the manager) WERE TOO BUSY TO TALK TO ME. I am still having no success in trying to talk to someone about giving me money back for what they did not give me. I understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. I am not holding them responsible for that. However, their behavior in handling my call for help is unacceptable.
