We came in as a significant party and were seated in a private room. The gentleman who greeted us at the door was fantastic and friendly but it went down hill for me very quickly. We put in our drink and appetizer order. There was roughly seven different appetizers ordered, mine being a duplicate of some else’s…when they all came out mine was missing. The waitress finally came by and said the kitchen didn’t read that there was two of the appetizer that was ordered…everyone at the table was done with their appetizers, all the plates were cleared and our dinner order had been taken and still no appetizer for me. The waitress was very dismissive toward me, I politely reminded her of my order as I was ordering my entree because at that that point I had no idea if that is even still coming it had been so long. All she could say was yup, did you still want it? I did finally get it. I ordered the waygu sliders and the brussel sprouts and I was the first to get my sliders, we all joked she was trying to make up for my appetizer situation however two bites in..I find a hair in my food. (So unfortunate because the two bites were very delicious) Ugh…someone caught the waitress for me and again I do not get any empathy or kindness from the waitress…just an ok…did you want us to remake it? No apologies or even change in her tone. I decided against it, she did mention they would remove it from my order as she was walking away. As my brussel sprouts are delivered…the girl reaches across the table, sets them in my hand and goes that plate is hot after it’s already in my hands. I am so shocked, I blurt out “now why would you set it in my hands?” She says nothing and walks away. My fingers are on absolute fire and I let the waitress know what happened and asked for some ice, again no empathy or acknowledgement of the situation and brings me two cups of ice. At this point I am in tears and I was just gonna sit there and let everyone eat and get outta there however someone from our table decided to go ask for the manager and from what I understand the manager was on her way out the door and they had to run outside to get her. She came over and sat down next to me while the waitress stood there watching the interaction…she explained to me for the hair in my food all the cooks are protected and that shouldn’t have happened and as for the hot plate she doesn’t recommend grabbing plates from the server and they are instructed to tell us the plate is hot. I also explained she did..after she set it in my hands. She let me know that they would be comp’ing my meal (but still charged me for my drink…and the waitress was really rude about it when my friend brought it up to her). if I ended up having to go to the hospital to contact the GM, she also offered me some burn ointment and even after I declined she still brought it and applied it and I am glad she did because that was way better then the ice. She also took my info and said she would call me today and provide me with the GM’s card…however I have still not received a call and the business card was never provided. After that the waitress would not make eye contact with me, she was so friendly and nice with the entire rest of the party including the lady who asked for the manager. We are visiting from Portland Oregon and I ended up not being able to go out with the rest of the group for the evening because my fingers hurt so bad! Its been roughly 24 hours and my fingers are still hurting, no blistering thankfully! All employees were very friendly, polished and professional.

I ordered green beans appetizer, Crab Bisque Starter and a Peach 🍑 mocktail.

I would've ordered dessert too but they have rules on what type of cards you can pay with and since my cash flow was one of those cards they don't accept they missed out on a bigger sale.

The umbiance is very masculine with the colors and textures. Leather and romantic lighting. Great sound system and sports screens to watch the football game.

Come dressed to impress. I don't know if there is a dress code but I'd feel under dressed here in a pair of jeans and tennis shoes or flip flops and basketball shorts 🙅🏽‍♀️.

The servers rock suspenders, white button downs, neck ties 👔 .

Manager came to greet me and check my pulse. Took me off guard I was wondering if he knew I was a food critique? Or if this was his norm?

He stated he would circle back after I got my food to see how I liked it. Never saw him again but if he was watching me from the back with binoculars he'd know I enjoyed every bite 😉

Let's start the food review with the beverages. 1. Water was good glass clean. No weird after taste. Cute glass for presentation. On a scale of 1-5 it gets a 4.5. Had they served it with a garnish or asked if I wanted lemon or stray it would've gotten a higher score.

Peach mocktail. Delicious 😋 flavor gets a 4.8 presentation gets a 2. It was served in a plastic cup typically used for water in an average resteraunt. Hey its not alcohol but still present it in a cool glass. They water glass was fancier than the mocktail. It also had no garnish. Green beans. I eat green beans EVERYWHERE. Chain resteraunts, independent resteraunts, gourmet, steamed fried etc. These battered beans were seasoned to perfection! Perfect temp, not greasy and the light green dip that came with it you can tell is in-house made. I tastes flavor of fine jalapeños in the mix. I love spicy food and if you don't you'll still like this dip because it's not overbearing. The presentation of the beans 3 no garnish, the taste 4.8 the dip 4.0. I ran out dip and had 5 to 7 beans left. I asked for more and was told it'd be a .75 cent charge. Chick-fil-A doesn't even charge for extra sauce 🤦🏽. 20% gratuity already built in. Can't use my card that will allow me to splurge and now I'm feeling nickled and dimed. 🙄 sure I'll pay for more sauce. They should have a slightly large container for the sauce so it's enough for the beans.

Crab Bisque 🦀 Presentation 4.5 taste 4.7 it could've gotten a higher score if it wasn't so oily. I couldn't clean my bowl of all the deliciousness because it was a battle of the remains of the creamy homemade Bisque and the oil. The oil won in the end. You can see the oil sitting up in the top of the Bisque in the pic. The lumps of Crab were seasoned well juicy and flaky. The aroma created salivating taste buds. Surprisingly no form of bread or crackers accompanied not even a couple of croutons. The portion gets a 5 out of 5.

I didn't feel stuffed I felt satisfied and enjoyed the Cowboys vs Browns game.

I highly recommend patronizing this establishment.

Had reservations for a party of 12. Called Oct 9th and spoke with a female that said our 2 parties of 6 were now set as a party of 12 and we'd be sitting together. Flew into town to celebrate my Dad's 50th. Arrive and everyone is confused and there's no table of 12 available. Spoke to 2 mngrs & about 5 other host/srvrs. 45 mins later they were finally getting another section prepared for us. Fast forward, one server for our party, which she was actually kind and pretty prompt. She informed us that only ONE check would be available. This usually wouldnt be an issue IF I WAS INFORMED PRIOR TO. We couldve all had cash on hand. We were left in a situation to just ageee seeing as though it was already11:15PM by this time. Our food orders were correct and everyone loved the food. Deviled eggs, snapper nuggets, Ceasar salad, lamb chops, 3 way oysters, salmon, pasta, mashed croquettes & the banana pudding desert all looked & taste great & good value. Drinks: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Found out, all drinks off their menu are PREMADE. Every drink that came to the table was watered down & sent back. Sidecar, long Island, lemon drop etc. Basic drinks-they missed the mark. Again, waitress was kind about it & tried to make things right. Hooka was good value and serviced accordingly. Issue with consistency and setup. 2 separate ppl ordered the same dessert. 1 came out and he enjoyed it. The other came out roughly 15 mins later and it looked like a bday celebration dessert. Much bigger and on FIRE. Yes, it was on point as it actually was supposed to be. Issue is, now the 1st person is upset that his presentation was completely generic and not consistent with the one that just came out. Long and short, the bald head male mngr came out and spoke with him as requested, his dessert &food ended up getting comped. I mean the 2 desserts were night and day on presentation, you wouldn't have even known it was the same menu item. At the end, we were able to get separate checks WITH THE HELP of one of my guest assisting the waitress with the breakdown of the orders. Overall, if youre in a small party, FOUR or less, this is a great place to visit, sadly, this place is a LOUNGE FIRST. The tables are a dead giveaway. For a party of 12, we had 3 small round tables and had to pull 4 chairs from another section to even sit a little comfortable IT WAS TIGHT. plates were stacked and thank goodness most of our drinks were sent back because they wouldn't have been able to fit.
