Moms and dads this place is not kid friendly the "manager" has a horrendous attitude towards kids. Horrible customer service the "manager" was extremely rude to both of my kids. She was mad from the start because my 4 year old was trying to play with the stuffed animals she had on the counter. Afterwards she was harassing them to stop touching her pillows and to not move the chairs around. She literally screamed and scared my 19 month old who was sitting down calmly on a chair.
I had to confront her about her attitude with my kids and she eventually backed away. I let her know that I would never be back and take my business elsewhere. Her attitude was disgusting and I just couldn't believe the way she was bullying my little toddler and preschooler.
What a shame we were simply trying to relax and enjoy our tea. Also an apology would of been nice from her after she treated my little ones in such a rude way.
Edit: trust me I will never be back at your store no need to tell me that. And yes you got that right will never let anyone talk any kinda way to my kids. And don't lie I picked up after them I made sure to pick up the cards they played with and the pillows were put back in their place. And I have video of you too the way your mistreated them. My little toddler was in tears afterwards nothing excuses that type of treatment towards your customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OVERALL.
You proved my point by answering to my review in such a a rude way. Their is no reason to treat a...
Read moreI used to be a frequent customer at Hella Bubble, but after what I’ve experienced multiple times, I will never step foot in that place again. First of all, the place is absolutely disgusting inside, sticky floors, counters that are rarely cleaned, and I’ve literally witnessed dropped items being picked up and put straight into drinks without any care or concern for hygiene.
The management is beyond rude. They treat both workers and customers with zero respect, and their behavior towards children is especially disturbing. One day, my kid needed to use the restroom, and despite it being a basic human need, they yelled at him for not purchasing a drink first. Seriously? A ten year old boy who just needed to use the restroom. What kind of place treats kids like that? I had already ordered my drink and was waiting for it to be made...
To make matters worse, when I politely asked them to remake my drink after I saw them use something they had dropped on the counter, the Asian lady behind the counter refused and started yelling at me instead. No apology, no professionalism, just straight-up hostility for pointing out something clearly unsanitary.
Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else for your boba fix. This place doesn’t deserve your business.
