Well, the man who was there first I thought it was a customer cause he didn’t have uniform but he ask the employees what did she order? One of the girls told him the one im making then he told me “move your car and park in front,” I told him it's a truck I can’t drive my husband truck very well Ima wait here. Do you know why I did it? Because I felt discriminated by the lack of respect I receive when I entered the store he said he wanted to move his line and that’s fine but he should give the orders to the first ones in line I saw the look everyone gave me just because I am Hispanic, why they avoided my order if was only one? The customer service was extremely rude, the staff acted like I was bothering them just by placing an order. I had to say go-go-gojo berry, which they then got my order wrong, not once but twice, and I had to run back inside after the first mistake just to correct it. When I finally received the smoothie bowl I ordered, it wasn’t even 3/4 full, which is unacceptable for the price. Read moreMy kids like this place. I literally showed up at the drive through window at 8:59 PM. The employee said welcome to smoothie king, we are closed. There were 2 other vehicles in front of us and I told him that there were some vehicles in front of us. The employees said that they were closed. We drove around the front and they were serving people inside and they actually gave the guys a couple of smoothie’s while we were there. I think the kids inside were friends of the employees. I am not sure if this is a franchise or privately owned but I think that it would be a good idea to discuss proper customer service...
