So....I asked for xyz got home started eating the specialty doughnut I bought for myself. Went to give my g-babies theirs and low and behold...it's not what I asked for. I was going to accept the EXTRA burnt apple fritter I had by only eating the bottom of it at 1st, but discovering the rest of my order was off I called the location. I politely explained my issue. The young lady translated to her manager...and she came back saying...she said you can bring back the doughnuts and we'll give you your money back..... UNAPOLOGETICALLY! No sorry for the inconvenience nothing! So I do. I go back toss the bag on the counter and slam the .75 cent and receipt on the counter and ask for my $11.00. Something told me when the cashier who "helped" me asked do you want your receipt...to say yes. And I did. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR RECEIPT!!!! The manager then put the box of doughnuts under the counter to RESELL!!! I touched one turning it over to see if it was glazed before returning them. She's nasty...the unapologetic customer service is nasty and as a result my attitude was nasty. I'd give zero stars...but you have to give one to do a review. Welp....you all enjoy this cold weather we're having here in...

Today, I decided to give the place another chance around 4 PM because I was craving a kolache. Unfortunately, the same woman was there, and once again, she was rude and dismissive. I asked about the kolaches I clearly saw in a pan underneath, yet she insisted there were none. We went back and forth until she finally acknowledged them. How can a customer notice something your employee doesn’t?
It’s very disappointing to see someone like this representing your company. She makes customers feel unwelcome and creates a hostile experience. Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not because of the other employees, but because of the manager and her unprofessionalism. This morning I witnessed “Francis” being extremely rude to a costumer and to her employees. I would like to find a number so I could talk to the owner or the supervisor. It is extremely unprofessional for her to be yelling at her employees in front of all of her customers. It made me feel really uncomfortable and it makes me not want to visit that place again. That causes a very hostile working situation for everybody involved. She does not know how to be a people person!!! She needs a reality check and she needs to learn how to be humble. I definitely do not understand how she got to be the manager of this place....
