Jackson's Brew — Restaurant in Houston

Today I came in with my friends to order on of the loaded strawberry bagel and I opened the to-go container to be overpowered by the smell of onions. A sweet bagel should NOT smell like onions. When my friend bit into the bagel they were disgusted for it to taste like onions as well. It took 15 minutes for us to get our food, and this is not a one-time instance. I am constantly delayed service and have to wait exorbitant amounts of time for orders. I have also over heard employees talking bad about customers and having to deal with students ordering which is completely unprofessional. I’ll be ordering coffee from Retrospect down the street...

This place would be so much better if they connected with the community and thought about the location before just coming over here. This place could really be a vibe. That’s like business 101.

Anyway, I ordered a matcha from here and it had a disgusting after taste. I asked them what kind of matcha they used and it isn’t even ceremonial grade Japanese matcha, they use some matcha sugar mix which they need to throw out.
