Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Houston

I love jetsey Mike's subs. On this day i really wanted a good sub. Went to this location walked in. There were five employees. No one greeted me for about 5 minutes. I waited patiently. The i was asked for my order. I ordered a philly cheesesteak sub on rosemary parm bread. When i got my sub i paid for chips and a drink. Got to my car checked my sandwich. It was on white bread. I go back in ask for rosemary parm. The young lady was rude and said we dont have rosemary parm. Ok can i get wheat. She took the sub trew it away. And asked the cook to remake the sub on wheat. I got the sandwich saud thank you went to the car to start to eat my sandwich. Opened it up and it was a chicken philly cheesesteak. I took it back asked for what i paid for a philly cheesesteak on wheat. I then said i felt i was being pranked. The employee smacked her lips and said pranked like i was the problem.. i smiled but this was the worst experience ive ever had at jersey Mike's... the employee need to pay attention to customer orders.they discarded away 2 sandwiches because they could not get the order right. I originally went to the Jersey Mike's website to enroll as a member but the site had a issue and would not send a certification code. So I call the store directly to find a resolution, the owner Brad too time out of a busy process to answer my questions. When I say busy , this owner was preparing approximately 450 subs for the health care workers at Herman Memorial's night shift this after he and his crew had made approximately 1000 subs for the day shift. All of this was his way of saying thanks to our health workers. Even with this going on he was able to process he had time to process, in what I would say was one of the best Philly Cheese snadwiches I have had in a long time. Being a cold war and gulfwar veteran I have seen my share of philly cheese and would recoment this one even to my mother. I am looking forward to the end of the lockdown so that I may vist this store and try more the sandwiches available. Greaat job to you and your crew Brad you and others like you make what I call the american dream what it should...

I am severely allergic to seafood... I got a sub and a couple hours later I had a cross contamination reaction.:( since they have tuna, they use the utensils to dip in the mayo ,spread on the bread and put in back, then use that same utensil to spread the mayo on my sandwich...I KNEW for sure my reaction came from there, within 20 min my face started burning , the outline of my lips was on fire.and my respotory was acting up.... I was having a reaction it was clear .. they need to be more careful about this .. people have allergies and they should pay more attention to the possibility of making someone sick.. that could have killed me, I have a breathing condition also... I suffered the whole nite and next day to breath, I needed benedryl but I couldn't take it bcuz I had to work and couldn't be sleeping at work.... This is the 2nd time this happened...:( Workers need to be trained ... Very DISAPPOINTED!!!! Other wise... I love this place, reminds me of Boston where I'm from... Great Phily...
