Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Houston

Last week three of us went into Jersey Mike’s on Kirby Drive at approximately 8:15 PM, both members of the staff were sitting on the countertops, and it seemed like it was an effort to wait on us, when the one guy decided to take our order he was wiping his nose on his arm, and then kept writing down our order and he wiped his nose about nine times while he took my order and then he took the other orders and was continually wiping his nose on his arm sleeve, I mentioned something about it, and he ignored me and never spoke at all. So the three of us canceled our order because I’m not having some filthy man wiping his nose on his sleeve and then heading back to make our food, this is the third time I’ve had to fill out review on this Shoddy location and it will be the last time I ever step foot into a Jersey Mike’s on Kirby Drive in Houston, Texas. I have told all of my friends, coworkers and neighborhood of my experience. most of them admitted that they stopped going to that location, I know why, there are issues every time I go in that store, obviously it’s poor ownership and poor management and the people that work there don’t give two bits if they work or do their job or not it’s a shame because Jersey Mike’s is a great sandwich place, so I recommend going to...

Jersey mike at the Kirby location should be , if it is not already….the benchmark of how an establishment should operate. It’s an awesome experience and I am not saying this lightly, I’m from NY, and critical as hell…lol but they work in unison allowing the customer to get in and out while still feeling valued and recognized. I can’t recall one time entering the restaurant without being acknowledged. It’s like they know each and every customer… the food is always well prepared and again, I have yet to have a problem with my orders. I can go to the Kirby location and know it going to be right, fresh and cozy. Thank you to all of the Kirby Team. You are all so amazing. Your manager must show her/his appreciation quite regularly, why else would you all be in such a good upbeat, joyful manner. This type of behavior just can’t be forced. I placed an order yesterday at about 7.30 pm from Jersey Mike's Subs (Kirby, Houston Texas) for $28.42, and picked it up at 8.08 pm but unfortunately, I forget my debit card after paying for the order. Joseph is the cashier who took my order. I called back the store to inquire about my debit card and it took them a while to answer my phone call. I drove back and I was able to get my card. Then unfortunately my bank contacted me in the morning and told me that there was an attempt to charge my card for about $100 for a lift or an Uber, but my bank stopped that attempt. Jersey mike's at Kirby was the only place that I went to and this was my first time to forget my card anywhere. I would like Jersey Mike's management at Kirby as well as its district office to be notified of that incident. Also, I would like management to take an action towards that issue and to address...
