JuiceLand — Restaurant in Houston

This kills me to write but I’m in shock. And it’s just a matter of safety and personally im in a lot of pain, and have to go to the dentist asap - after something I’d never imagine? I got a smoothie like I normally do couple times a week here! (Amazing staff and tastes) but … as I was drinking my smoothie last night all a sudden a chunk of “something” came up my straw, I thought it was just normal grains they use or seeds. The texture is always grainy like I like, so I bit down like normal (all super quick) only to here crack in my mouth, my tooth INTENSE ache: and quickly realized!!! What’s going on I spit out the “seed” to find out it was a METAL SCREW. In absolute shock. Honestly I can’t afford to have any more mishaps like this. I recently visited Juiceland after the Loose Laces x Ritual One run event and was disappointed with the customer service.

Upon entering the store, I requested a cup of water as I was overheated from the run. The employee responded with a dismissive eye roll, which felt unprofessional. When my friend and I ordered the Saturday special smoothies and mentioned the 15% discount promoted during the event, the employee failed to apply the correct pricing. Only one small smoothie was discounted instead of the entire order.

When we received our smoothies outside, the employee seemed annoyed and didn’t provide straws. This level of rudeness is unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on quality and service. I do not recommend...

First found out about JuiceLand when I dropped my son off to UT Austin a few weeks ago and enjoyed one of their many smoothie bowls. I thought to myself, "I wish there were JuiceLands in Houston." Well, I looked them up and, to my surprise, found out that Houston already had multiple locations but none that were close to home. Little did I know that their newest location, in Uptown Park, opened up just a few days ago.
