KFC — Restaurant in Houston

they lock the doors to go inside @ 8pm - drive thru stays open till 10pm. went inside since drive thru line had 6 cars in it. barely made it before they locked the doors. ordered the $20 fill up after waiting a good 5-8 min before acknowledged. didn’t tell us they were outta breasts. asked how long before they had more breasts - he said something about a new cook. no clue what that had to do with us waiting for breasts. he said he would make it up to us. i think he put 1 extra leg in our bucket, he only gave us one mashed potatoes instead of the 2 that came with the deal. the food we did receive tasted fine. original kfc can’t be beat. just sucks no breasts. we tried calling several times until 10:30p no one ever answered. called the next day and we explained what had happened and the day manager said she would give us a whole nother $20 deal. ok. so when we went back at 5pm there was another manager on duty and this one had not been informed of what the day manager said she was going to comp us. she said that it was going to mess up her count. anyways got home ...excited to finally get some breasts but once again there was not one breast to be found. never got what we paid for - not sure how unhappy we should be since we got a whole nother fill up for free? my BF was not pleased since we never got breasts so he contacted corporate via kfc website and filled out the formed, no reply just the auto reply that it...

As I show up, there is a lady that is getting her order fixed that they messed up and I overheardthem saying" you need to listen because we called your number". I'm one of maybe 5 people in there. Place my order and wait at my table. I am listening for my order but almost 15 minutes go by so approach the counter again and POLITELY inquire why I haven't been called on. They ask me if I'm sure I didn't get my food yet. It was very difficult to not sound sarcastic, but I let them know I was sure. Then they asked the cook if he made my food and he said he did. Then they asked again if I w was sure I didnt get my food. Yes I was sure . They eventually fulfilled my order . My chicken was dry and my mashed potatoes were more gravy than anything. The fries they gave me all looked they had been sampled before getting to me, so didnt even touch them. The cookie that came with the meal was ok but tiny. Even their fountain drink was nasty. To top it off everyone there (customers and employees) seemed like they just got out of prison. And someone almost caused an accident because they pulled into the parking lot to turn around and did not want to be behind my car while I'm waiting To make a right turn out to the street so the pulled up next to me and blocked the entire driveway. Only visit if last resort. I will not...

Terrible wait time for food. Went through drive through to order my food and I was told it would take 25 minutes, ended up waiting 36 minutes! Now 11 minutes I could let slip by, could be an honest mistake, but it seems that 2 other customers went through the drive through, waited, and received their order before mine, which leads me to think they prioritized the other customers. Various other cars passed by in no time (probably a ready item), but others waited and got their order before me. Also, they completely scam you out of chicken. I ordered a 12 piece meal and was not given the freedom to choose my sides and was forced to take 2 Mashed Potato and Gravy and a coleslaw. Turns out the order came up to 9 pieces when I paid for a 12 piece. Complete scam and terrible employees.

Update: I called the manager to rectify the situation and give me the chicken I paid for, but they refused to provide me with my due chicken. They close at 10:30PM and I spoke with the manager at 9:42PM who said they couldn’t give me my chicken until tomorrow. Last time I checked it doesn’t take more than 45 minutes to make chicken.
