Although I’m a huge fan of Boba Tea, I have had challenges with Kung Fu Tea’s customer service/app in the past, and therefore stopped supporting. My addiction overwhelmed me one day, so I surrendered and ended up at this location. Needless to say, I’ve returned at least 8 times since. Why? I first called due to a promotion to make sure it was still available. Just with that question the person that answered the phone was pretty passive aggressive with his answer. That should’ve been my first red flag to take my service elsewhere. I come in for said promotion and he was pretty rude throughout the entire experience. I understand why the store was so empty.
