I am visiting from Chicago where I have had the steak and cheese chipotle wrap and it was delicious. Therefore when I went to Subway I ordered the same wrap again and this time it was nasty. The meat was scraped from the bottom of the container and did not look fresh. When I got to my children’s apartment the wrap was terrible and I first attempted to call and complain but no answer. I was severely annoyed with the interactions I had today at this subway. The lady didn't speak any English and I even said Nino for kids with the very little Spanish knowledge I have and she still made the sandwich too big. The other lady came out to take my order and she also barely spoke English. Because the other lady made the sandwich too big the other lady was trying to charge me more. They also didn't wanna do the kids combo which comes with a drink and a side. If you are going to work in customer service like this you should at least be able to know the basic commands of your job in the common language. I love subway but this one really made my co- worker upset. We got the food and it look like they threw it together it was so messy and they did not complete the sandwiches the way we wanted them. i know during lunch time you get busy but customers come first. this was my first bad experience with subway. We are very disappointed. i ordered the subway club and they only put one of each meat it was thin and dry. never eating here again. i hate when people do this to their customers. its not all about the money its customer service and your lunch crew on 2-2 15 did not have any at all. i feel bad for...
