We visited from Friday to Sunday during their BOGO promotion and tried several drinks: Mango Green Tea, Passion Fruit Tea, Cocoa Cream Wow, Winter Melon Tea, and KF Milk Tea. Among these, our favorites were the Mango Green Tea and Passion Fruit Tea—both were very refreshing.

However, our experience with the service was inconsistent and, at times, disappointing:

When we requested 30% sugar, the staff member responded somewhat rudely, saying, "Might as well go with no sugar." If they offer a 30% sugar option, it should be honored without judgment or pushback.

Their scan-to-pay device wasn’t working hence not able to earn points that day. Later, we learned we actually could have earned points by providing our mobile number for membership—but this wasn’t communicated at the time.

We were charged more than expected and only noticed after the fact. We couldn’t confirm the reason, but it felt like a tip might have been added automatically, which is unusual since tipping is typically left to the customer's discretion.

In short, while we enjoyed the drinks, the service felt a bit off—lacking clarity, consistency, and...

Love the other locations but decided to try this location while on that side of town, as I’m a boba tea connoisseur! However, when I walked in an order AND TIPPED!!! I was not meet with warm customer service. I noticed the attitude, and the ultimate eye roll when I requested no ice in my drink. I felt like he was being kind of sketchy afterwards while making my drink. Which after consuming I had BAD Stomach troubles, felt like food poisoning! If asking about merch and requesting no ice offend him this bad I will not be returning and I encourage others to do the same! Date occurred: 2/21/25 before 4p
whoever clocked in that day should remain clocked out there...

Stopped by Kung Fu Tea today and was really impressed. I tried their taro milk tea, and it was delicious rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. Service was quick, and the space felt clean and welcoming. Whether you’re a boba enthusiast or just in the mood for a refreshing treat, this spot hits the mark. Highly recommend the taro tea and can’t wait to come back to try...

Just tried the mango milk tea with the wow boba from this location, and it was delicious. The flavors were really good. The staff here is super friendly, and the place is clean. It’s under new ownership now so I was told they’re bringing new stuff and deals soon. This will definitely be my go to spot for boba. Pretty convenient if ur near the galleria area.

Jorge is super friendly, courteous and he offered great suggestions on the most popular drinks. I tried the Passion Fruit Green Tea and my husband tried the Mango Slush. Both flavors were really good! I can't wait to go back! They have a Limited Edition Dubai Chocolate and Onigiri that I want to try next time.
