Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

Placed an order for 3 pizzas and when I went inside to pick up one was made incorrectly. When I pointed it out the lady at the register insisted that’s how I placed the order until I physically pointed at the receipt she had just handed me. After finally acknowledging that my order was incorrect she said sorry but she had other orders to take care of. I let her know I needed a new one and she said that it would be at LEAST 30 more minutes to make another because they had back to back orders. I politely let her know that I placed my order first and they made my order incorrectly therefore fixing my order should take priority. I went back to my car to let my sister know they were remaking it and went back inside to wait. A few minutes later my sister walked in the store and politely asked her how much longer it was going to be and this lady SCREAMED at my sister to wait because they had back to back orders and without waiting for a response sped walked to the back of the kitchen. When she walked back out my sister told her that she didn’t have to raise her voice at her and the lady had the audacity to say she hadn’t screamed. I proceeded to ask for her name and she said “Nancy” and when we asked for her last name she asked why and we let her know we were placing a report with corporate. She then said “The. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for well over a year. I order all the time for my team at the business I run as well as personally. It’s been satisfying all the way up until a month or two ago. I was getting frustrated with my orders for a while and finally decided to call up to the location and be specific as to what I wanted. I was greeted with a rude phone lady, who’s name I won’t state, she was so incredibly rude and just no customer service skills at all what so ever. So I escalated it, I sent an email to corporate and about two weeks later I was reached out to. I had to remind them no one had reached out to me.

I received a phone from someone who claimed to be the general manager. He told me thank you for your feedback and that there was essentially nothing he could do but thank me for the feedback. He didn’t seem to care at all. I have both of their names but I don’t want to state them cause I don’t think that’s right but I would save my money and call dominoes or papa johns. I lived right down the road for the past 8 years, I have gotten Pizza Hut at least once or twice a month in those 8 years. I always enjoyed their wings and their pizza was good. But here lately starting about a month ago, the pizza arrives like cardboard it's no different than Little Caesars it's horrible. Tough and almost cold on arrival and I live one mile down the road. The wings, have changed in the worst way. The wings were always my favorite, I noticed that they got significantly larger almost twice in size and the bread became much more soggy with whatever sauce that you got. It's very irritating because the meat tasted cheap, and I kept thinking to myself that it's similar to Tyson's nuggets. I went and bought some Tyson nuggets and it's literally the same thing, size shape batter are they literally selling me frozen chicken nuggets from my local grocery store. What a...
