I usually don't have too much of an issue when I come here. Its my local location and although we don't eat here often.. we do swing in from time to time for a drink, or a fry, or the rare dinner. Tonight, I started craving a milkshake out of nowhere. That's not normal for me.. but I really wanted one. So I stop by for a vanilla milkshake. Guy at the window takes my order, takes my money and I move up. I was worried about them saying it was broken, but nobody said NOTHING. I get handed a milkshake. Now mind you it's 11:30 at night so it's dark. But the light from inside shined on the cup justtttt enough where I can see pink in the milkshake. So I asked the employee "uhm excuse me, I ordered a vanilla milkshake, is that what this is?" That employee decided to point to another girl who decided it was funny and tried explaining that "it's just the machine." They took my money and gave me a strawberry milkshake and wasn't even going to say shit. Thats what makes me mad about it. Yall take my money like nothing and hand me a drink yall know wasnt what I ordered like it was nothing. If the machines broke then just say that. I could have stopped at another location. I was in a hurry to go pick my sister up from a concert so I wasn't thinking straight. I should have asked for my money back. Woulda coulda shoulda. Money is tight and to know it got wasted on something I took 2 sips of and tossed makes my stomach turn. Do better mcdonalds and stop trying...
Read moreThis may be the worst McDonald's location in all of greater Houston. Because it's the only location close to my house I frequently attempt to purchase food from this McDonald's on my way home from work. I would say 4 attempts out of every 10 fail. Generally what I hear upon approaching the drive-thru speaker to place my order is: I'm sorry we're not accepting any orders right now. This includes the orders I've placed through the McDonald's app and received a confirmation number. The app even handles payment so there should be zero circumstances which prevent this "24 hour" McDonald's from providing me with my food. Most recently when I was notified through the drive thru speaker, by Israel, that no orders were being accepted I requested his operation manager's name and number, but we denied any information. Israel simply claimed he didn't know that information. I demanded he find it out or at least make an attempt to get it by speaking to his on duty supervisor, but he refused. I then drove to the window to attempt to speak to a competent employee but was again faced with Israel who refused to allow me to speak to anyone other than him. I'm entirely dissatisfied with this McDonald's and will not be attempting to give them my money...
Read moreEveryone at this location was very rude. It’s memorial day. It is 4:30 in the evening went through the drive-through to place an order for three chocolate sundaes. The experience I had was horrible from the person, taking to the order to the people they were in there, handing out the orders , first of all McDonald’s no longer gives you peanuts with their ice cream the chocolate syrup. The hot fudge sundae is not even hot fudge. It’s syrup and it’s not even a chocolate syrup. It’s taste like chemical they had me sitting out there for almost 30 minutes waiting for three ice cream finally had to get down to get it myself and then they want to compensate me with giving me two more ice cream. Why do I need so much ice cream This is the worst McDonald’s one through the drive-through for three...
