This 5 star rating is only for the Manager on duty ...wish I would have gotten her name ... but not the assistant but the more senior manager I hate to put people in categories but the African American lady manager so she gets properly recognized ... but the experience was a little tiring as the person who assisted me with my order must have been new because she had the damndest time trying to get my order right ... clearly showed she was not up to par on the menu ... after first charging me too much ... and getting the sandwich wrong ... we tried again and just when I thought we had gotten it right and I paid, I'm waiting on my cup for the value meal i thought I had just purchased only to be told that I didnt order a drink but would I like a water cup ... which I'm like huh? Then it turns out I'm not getting fries which as long as I've known u get fries and a drink with value meals ... so I go to the receipt and notice that all she has charged me for were two sandwiches after I specifically asked for a combo after she specifically asked me if I wanted to make it a combo. This is when the manager steps in as I'm getting a bit frustrated and tells me to not worry about any extra costs. As I've gotten my food and sit down to being eating i take one bite and then a second bite of my fillet-o-fish and all of a sudden I have this weird sensation in my mouth as if whatever it is should not be there ... as I covertly use a finger to attempt to find the source of the problem that when I began to pull out the longest hair I've ever seen ... GRrrrr! Upon going back up to the counter I encounter the asst. Mgr. And show her the hair and she has the nerve to ask me if I would like another sandwich ... now maybe she thought I might want a refund ... so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt, but I'm hoping she was not expecting me to say "no u take the hair and I'll keep the sandwich" ... once again the senior manager steps in and apologizes which made me feel better and not insane to be asking for another sandwich. Actually I'm going to change my rating to 3 stars ... bc now I think about it ... although the manager was worth 5 ... the experience was...

OK let me tell you about my morning pulled up to the taco cabana next to this mcdonalds location guy at the order speaker was clueless and confusing me so I just politely said nevermind i jump right over to the KFC next to it lady at the drive thru speaker rude and then couldn't remember my order from 2 seconds ago as I was the only cR in line then had a hair in my food. I was already frustrated at this point i just wanted to enjoy some food before going into work 😭. I should have came to this mcdonalds first. This location always gets my order right and ALWAYS has the BEST customer service! It's 11am when I stopped in so manager of youre seeing this thank you for how you lead your team! Guy at the window said have a great day gave me thumbs up and the young lady at the food pick up said have a great day and if she smiled any harder I think her face would split in 2 lol. Please recognize them for their amazing service as someone who works in the customer service field it does mean so much to be given a thank you especially when not all customers are kind. I had 3 cars in front of me but I pulled up and right out no problems. I ordered the new mcchicken strips meal. Love this location no matter what time of day I come they get you in and out with accuracy! I'm sure they're not perfect but everytime I've been...

Asked for Large Dr, PEPPER, No Ice!young man repeated then took card, handed me receipt, I took drink in hand to drink holder, wént on my way.Later when sipped it, YUCK! DIET Coke!!! Went back, waited in line again, told young man he gave me wrong drink,gave him cup, he said they would fix at next window. Confusion with 2 young women at window! Told them they had given me wrong drink, a Diét Coke!! One said, "we don't have Diet Coke" She retrieved my drink from 1st window, then ai noticed she was draining same, no ice Diet Coke into another cup to give to me!; I called her on it, and she said again "We don't have Diet Coke! Let me see your receipt! I had put it away be now and was holding up the line. I said, just give me Clear soda, no ice, she finally did. A few days later, cleaning out my purse, found receipt! It said" Diét Coke, No ice"! So young man rang it up wrong! It was dispénsed Acccording to error And young woman was wrong when she said "We don't have Diet Coke!". And when she drained no ice drink!...
