McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Friday, October 11th around 9:21pm I had the worst experience from any fast food place at this McDonald's.

I had brought my son here because he really wanted the toy from the kids meal and I had promised him the whole day that I would. Well we got here and it was bad from the start. Long line can only mean either slow workers or no employee control by the shift manager. The only thing this people got right was the drink after dropping off my son in Clear Lake with his mom she called me saying he didn't get the 6 piece, he got Apple slices instead of fries and the toy he had waited for was not there. I went back to the store and showed him the picture she had sent me along with my receipt and the shift manager named Rene (he could've lied cause he didn't even had a name tag) told me that I had to get the bag and he would then inspect it and give me my order right. Why would I drive 20 minutes to get it and 20 minutes back then 20 minutes again just for that. Why not just give me what was missing and correct your mistake. The manager Rene was a young male with 0 customer service skills and lack of customer experience. I was not asking for anything free, I was just wanting what I paid for. I will continue to go back and speak to another manager until this gets fixed, now it's not about the missing food but about getting Rene the manager wanna be how to treat...

First time visiting this location but it was horrendous. I visited on May 20th at 12:15am and ordered a quarter pounder with a few specifications only being told that their slushee machine was down and ice cream as well. So I order the quarter pounder meal and pull up to pay for my order. The guy that was taking payment literally did not speak a single word to me except to demand the payment, so I pay and go to the second window to receive my phone and it’s literally a manager and a crew member just standing there. At this point, no one has said anything to me about my order, so I pull up my window and 5 mins later, I receive my phone. So I pull to the side to eat. Two bites into the sandwich, I find out the meat is completely raw, I am just livid at this point and I call the store to speak to a manager and no one picks up, so I have to pull BACK around and wait in line again to get a replacement burger. I get the 2nd window and at this point, I have not seen a a manger or talked to one. The cook from the back brings me another bag, so I pull off. Parked on the side, I decide to take a look at my neat before eating this time only to find out it’s RAW again. So, there’s no point they literally do not know how to cook meat so I go home just digusted and threw the whole meal away. What a waste...

I have gone to many McDonald's in Colorado and in other States and this McDonald's was the worst They have a lock down here due to the Covid 19 situation, so drive 🚗 through is all that's available. So we get in the line and we ask if it's possible to get breakfast items which McDonald's has advertised nationally that they offer breakfast all day but these people said no they don't so we said OK how about some burgers and some fries.We Place the order further burgers 🍔 and the fries 🍟 and we requested two fresh cups of coffee ☕ being that we couldn't get breakfast we would at least have coffee. We requested extra cream 🍦 and sugar and asked for it twice (to insure we'd have it) Well we get out the line after paying of course we look in the bag the hamburgers are all dried out and stiff the French fries are cold 🥶 and Even after asking twice we get no sugar, and no cream for coffee. My wife decides to go back in They give us the same bag back with the same dried out hamburgers the same cold French fries but we did get sugar but,(,no surprise)no cream.
