McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

Usually this location is nice until there’s an issue. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find it in their system. The woman I assume is a leader or assistant manager asked for my order number, which I gave her along with what I ordered, just a small smoothie. Instead of telling me she couldn’t find the order, she completely ignored me and left me waiting. A younger employee tried to help, but I saw her tell him not to. Then I noticed the Hispanic manager with glasses behind the counter and asked her about my order. She looked it up but also couldn’t find it. Instead of just remaking the order like most managers would after seeing proof of purchase, she wasn’t much help either. I had to ask what I should do to get a refund or fix the issue instead of her explaining it to me. I’ve noticed the younger employees here are generally much nicer and more helpful than the older staff. The kiosk machine doesn't take my metro shuttle discount card, so I have to wait in line. The cashiers never know how to answer questions, so we have to wait for a manager. They also don't inform you ahead of time that, although a sandwich is advertised on the digital board behind them, they dont have the ingredients! I ordered the grilled chicken with avacado, paid extra for this fancy sandwich, no one said they don't offer avacado anymore. I had to wait again to get a refund. Same with the mushroom burger with the seasoned onion straws; I specifically asked if they had the onions, she said yes. This is already not worth $8, especially when Fuddruckers is a block away, but to lie to me and make me wait in line for a refund? I will...

I went there with a friend of mine and the line was really really long also she took my order and I could hardly hear her and she Snapped at my friend about not listening when asked about the total. I wait for my food and the manager calls my order and my food and gives me a disgusted look. I assume its mine and walk up and grab it as she hands it to me. I ordered a sprite but she was just soooo busy and not paying me mind and just sitting the drinks on the counter with a full line she wasn't paying any mind to me so I grab a drink I think is mine and try to leave.
