First of all my order was incomplete yet I was charged full price, so let’s start there. Second of all, the staff was incredibly RUDE this morning. Whoever is on the shift today 07/22/25 at 06:02 AM, should be ashamed of themselves. Im ordering breakfast before I head to work, the last thing a paying, RESPECTFUL and patient customer such as myself should have to deal with is rude attitudes from employees at 6 in the morning. The lady at the window was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. Not responding when spoken to, slamming the window in my face, not giving me what I ask for or paid for. Manager comes to window since I was still in the line after she gave me the less than half the order and asks whats the problem and I told her about the employees behavior and she didnt apologize or anything on her behalf. She just asked what I was missing and yet they still didnt give me the right /complete order. I didn’t wait around twice after being treated that way because I couldn’t wait to get out of there dealing with these people so early in the morning and since the manager supposedly gave me what I was missing, I trusted she gave me the complete order and she didn’t. Neither her nor the manager were displaying professionalism and definitely no enthusiasm. This needs to be addressed and corrected. Imagine how many people’s day they ruin acting like that. Its absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! My entire day has been ruined at 6AM. Thanks to your employees. Do better. I hope the manager and employee see this complaint, its not a part of your job to be RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you dont want to work at McDonalds, thats not a customers problem!!!!! I ordered my food and was asked to pull up but kindly declined (everytime I pull up I'm waiting 20 minutes)In response to me declining,a manager immediately opened the window and chose to scream at me saying I had no choice and didnt even chose to speak to me on the matter. She wouldn't give me the choice of a refund just kept pestering me to pull up and wait. Finally after 15 minutes of back and forth she said she would call the police if I didnt pull up. Shocked I told her I just want my money back. She huffed and went back to get the money and a coworker kindly tried to reason things out. It's so sad that a coworker handled the situation better than a manager. She gave me my money and I've decided I never want to go to this mcdobalds again. Besides that happening I hope I'm not the only one who hates the two lane system where they have an opening on the side and people decide to skip those who have been waiting a while in the line(like you're supposed to do until the split where you go to the other lane when its your turn). Read moreA young lady at the drive thru handed us our order. I had paid for extra caramel but there wasn’t much in the cup so I politely asked if I could get more. She rudely closed the window on me and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence. I saw her speaking to the manager Beatriz and the manager looked annoyed with me and was acting as if what I was asking for was so complicated (apparently they aren’t able to put caramel in the top which is a lie because it’s been done before). When the manager Beatriz handed me my Sundae I asked her why her employee was being so rude and shutting the window on my face without letting me speak. I told her I had no problem paying even more extra as long as my food was prepared the way I wanted. She looked at me with indifference and rolled her eyes at me!! I asked her for her name and told her I would be filling a complaint and she just replied with “ok bye” in an incredibly rude tone!! Is this the best yall can do for a manager?
