Poke Fresh — Restaurant in Houston

I had good experience until yesterday, I ordered through Uber Eats and both myself and my fiancé enjoyed the 2 rolls of sushi and 2 protein poke bowl. Since we enjoyed so much, we decided to order today again. They were offering 10% off if you order online for pick up and a free appetizer if you order more than $30. I applied the coupon, sadly neither both were applied. No 10% off nor the free appetizer.... I called to claim and the lady kept on saying that they did not see the code. The code is POKEFRESH and it clearly said that has been applied, after telling her 2 times she said next time just call and ask for free appetizer...there’s a lot of poke places and I wish we had a better customer service in person than through Uber Eats. 👍 The best thing about this restaurant is that it opens at 9 AM on weekdays (Monday to Friday). I prefer not to leave the office until the end of the day, so it’s challenging to find a place that’s open around the time I get in and serves lunch. 👍 The ramen had a good portion size. The broth was flavorful, and the pork was tender. I was particularly pleased that it didn’t include black fungus or wood ear mushrooms, which I don’t like. 🤜 I wish the cashier had upsold or offered me extra add-ins. I walked upon this restaurant when I was looking for lunch/dinner at 3pm. I ordered a bowl with needles, lettuce, scallops, salmon, jumbo shrimp, imitation crabmeat, mango, seaweed salad, pickled jalapeños and shiitake mushroom topped with spicy mayonnaise to go. By the time I got to the hotel my friend called and arranged a 6:30 dinner. I thought I’ll have a little taste of my creations and save the rest for tomorrow.
