Im a regular. I ordered a Hazelnut latte with an extra shot and the girl repeats my order saying “one late” that’s when I corrected her politely too and she just responds back with an attitude saying she was about to say it. The barista girl saw it and started working on my order, once she was done she calls out saying I have a late ready!

I asked her is that mine with hazelnut and the extra shot and she responds back saying it’s written on there!

To me that’s just bad customer service. I come here Tuesday to Thursday and get a drink once or twice a day! Those two girls seem very new and so unprofessional! Usually I greeted super nice and they ask for my name and they repeat my order with no issues.

It may have been just one bad day for the two girls! But they should hold it together and stay professional. You are after all in a business building and not some corner...

There is always a good atmosphere at our Amille’s in One Allen Center. Even with 2 other notable coffee shops nearby, they have a dedicated group of coffee drinkers who prefer them over the others.

Aside from the coffee, they also have yogurt parfaits, muffins, quiche, cookies, kolaches, protein and snack bars and fruit bowls to make it a complete stop for your breakfast or afternoon snacking preferences.

I'm all for having fun with colleagues but not while also texting on the phone in front of customers when you have a long line of folks waiting. I waited about 15 mins for a latte and when I finally got it the order was wrong. Instead of the Barista remaking it properly, he just turned around and added syrup to my existing drink, handing it back to me in the original dirty cup. I'm good. Also, most of these customers are business customers who have a short time frame to get coffee. This place would be a little better if they focused on providing good...
